No, you wrong, I left this first comment after I drive back home.Your emps said it front my face with English on the phone , she is annoying that was very rude. I don’t need go back, and I will not to. Same I said the reason I left your comments this way bc she argued and argued, I don’t know who you are, but you are very unprofessional as well.The guy I was on the phone already told her give me the money back, she still arguing. I don’t live there I just want get out there. That’s all. Advised please don’t respond any comments if you don’t like hear the truth sounds like we are wrong. If u pull out your security camera u can see the attitude and how long we been standing there talk to her. I wasn’t mad at all at first, same I said I wasn’t want fully refund, bc she took my kindness as weakness, I gave her inche she tried to go mile. But thank you so much for respond and cover the mistake.
It was horrible. At first I told her I don’t want all refund bc my daughter didn’t know we had insurance for the phone but since she already paid for it, it’s ok and also order screen protector from her, I just need the money u charge her for fix phone which after she fixed the phone not even 12 hours then not working again, I m not keep come back, she start turn around story this and that. By the end bc my card number last 4 numbers doesn’t match, when my daughter paid that amount was use Apple paid, the number is under my card, but it won’t show same number on my DB card, I tried to explain to her, she doesn’t get it, I pulled out my account showed her she still don’t get it and bc she doesn’t want another lady stand there hear the story she told me and my kids stand by another side with rudeness attitude when I was on the phone with my bank, do not told my kids what to do, you don’t have that opinion, most u reviews are good bc they didn’t have the SAME problems and same issue for the phone , but there does have a lady had same issue, so I
m sure will happen on someone else again, and u are very annoying the way talk too and very rude, you need understand the process.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to Cellairis on the 3rd floor of Towson Mall (next to Kokee Tea and Sunglass Hut) to get my screen repaired, and it was a complete nightmare start to finish.
At first, the repair seemed quick—but that’s where the good ends. That same night, I noticed a huge shadow around the front camera, like a peephole effect, which made Face ID completely stop working. I brought it back the very next day (after driving 30+ minutes) and waited again, only to be told they needed to order a new screen and I’d have to come back again.
Came back the next weekend and waited another 40 minutes, only to open my phone and see the same exact problem—Face ID still broken, shadow still there. I stayed calm and respectful through all of it, but how do you run a phone repair business and can’t even properly fix a phone that’s been on the market for a year?
The woman at the stand, Shamoli, told me she’d “try one last thing” and offered a refund. What she actually did was secretly put the original broken screen back on my phone—the same cracked, barely working one I initially came in with—and handed it back to me with a refund like that made it okay.
So I left with a worse phone, wasted time and gas, and no resolution. I made three separate trips to this location for a repair that should’ve been simple. Instead, they gave me cheap parts, ran me in circles, and ultimately returned my phone in the same (if not worse) condition than when I arrived.
This location clearly doesn’t care about customers, quality, or accountability. Avoid Cellairis Towson at all costs.

I needed my phone fixed - Front and back. When I called, she had the parts in stock and said she could get it fixed today. I jumped in my car, took the escalator up and veered right. I was met with a smile and was again reassured it would be fixed today. Sure enough, I was able to pick it up in the guaranteed timeframe. The gentleman who assisted me was equally as pleasant. It’s hard to find good customer service these days but this place does not disappoint!

Took less than 20 minutes to get a new screen put on. Shamoli was great! She was very helpful and friendly. Cheaper than other places near by
