Nice, affordable, and clean theater with friendly staff. Way, way too many pre-movie ads and trailers. My movie's showtime was 9:25. I checked my watch when the movie finally did start, and it was half an hour later. I also understand that for late night showings, they want to start shutting down concessions early on, but as long as there are people in theaters watching movies, you should at least keep the soda machines open. I wanted to top my drink off on my way out only to find the entire concessions area closed off.

I always come here & have no issues with the employees. They are always great & provide easy service. But today I had an issue with a black woman at the snack counter. Simply asked for kettle corn & she had an attitude & gave me way too much butter when I verbatim requested “a little bit of butter.” , I couldn’t even finish half of what I paid for. She was too distracted getting back to talking to her coworkers & disregarding a paying customer. She also doesn’t say “you’re welcome”, she says “mhm” apparently she’s too good for Cinemark & doesn’t represent your company well.

Ok but 30mins of trailers and ads is way too much so I have to write this review. And bugs fly in front of the screen during movie. Fortunately there was no mosquitoes. The seat is not very clean but acceptable. Like the desk board of the seats. Hope they make some improvements.

The movie was good. D-BOX (motion seats) experience for the first time was awesome for movie immersion. I saw the movie Nobody 2. Comments about the individual film aside, I'm looking forward to going back to see a great visual action style film (something with a lot of screen movement) to take full advantage of the seats. For me, the only concerns I had were the detached garage parking being across the street, and the amount of stairs leading up to the theater. Ill be honest about the escalator, i may not have noticed any alternative ways to get upstairs, and that one point is nowhere near close to being a dealbreaker - was a relatively minor nuance that I only figure worth mentioning in case you plan to bring guests with walking disabilities. Although it was a Tuesday (which can be a relatively slow day for most theaters), I was able to get my food and snacks immediately with no wait. My current score is a 4, but a relatively high 4.... can't ask for much more from a movie theater.

Usually a great theater, but the last visit they were having a lot of difficulties with double booked seating and food came out without requested sauces.

All of the shops surrounding the location are closed. Parking in and around aside from the garage are always taken. The staff person's are on point, friendly, and eager to help. Its great to see the young folks legally, and gainfully employed -instead of up to no good. The building had a funky Lil tangy smell today though. Maybe the carpets need to be cleaned, or a few air purifiers? However MUCH better than the Avenue @ White Marsh location. There's no ghetto here. The condiment station, food areas and lines are always clean, well stocked and have ample employees. We go here vs the other locations. And the seats are always clean and in good repair.

Theater itself wasn’t so bad besides the mice that walked up and stared at me in the middle of the movie. I understand Towson has mice but it is so expensive to see a movie that there is simply no excuse. Not to mention there was not a soul at the box office and no paper in the machine to buy tickets.

Went to go see Together it was an amazing experience, wasn't packed parking was easy concessions didn't cost 2 months salary like cinepolis. Was a great experience. Special thanks to the young lady who rung us up at concessions think he name was Ashley very polite very sweet
