staff are very very rude and lazy. will refuse fitting room service to everyone. they are always rolling their eyes or just staring at customer's. store is incredibly understaffed

Good spot to go to for denim. Every once in a while you can catch sneaky, good deals on much needed clothing essentials like denim and t-shirts. Staff also is usually friendly too.Inventory has to greatly improve though.

Definitely be in the love with the item before you take it out the store! The return policy is extremely strict. I wasn’t able to return or exchange an unworn pair of pants with receipt because the price tag was removed. Not even a credit? I’ve never heard of that. I guess my usually shops (Gap, AE, Lululemon, and Target don’t follow such a rigid return policy. I won’t shop there again- not good customer service in my opinion.
