I called to check on a pending prescription which was urgently needed for an allergic reaction. I was on the phone waiting for over an hour and decided to drive to the store, while still waiting on hold for someone to pick up. Upon arrival, there is about 3 people in line, ahead of me. I was told that my rx was not ready although I've been waiting since the day before. I sat down to wait and only after a couple of minutes, I was told that my rx was ready. Imagine that! I want to add that while waiting inside of the store the intercom announced that there were six calls waiting for the pharmacy. No one attempted to answer any calls. I am still waiting on hold and it has been 1 hour and 12 minutes.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with in my life. Extremely disorganized, extremely slow, their drive thru never works. I've been on hold for over 40mins just for someone to answer the phone so I can check on a prescription. They need to be shut down, I have no idea why they're still open.

Insanely disorganized. After using my lunch break to go pick up a prescription and waiting 15 minutes while they tried to locate it, they asked me to come back in 3 hours so they could find my medicine. Meanwhile the line of people waiting behind me stretched all the way through the CVS. They also had trouble locating the prescription of the person in line before me. What a mess.

The person who answered the call at the pharmacist was very uncaring about my situation. It seemed they wanted to do the least amount of work to help remedy the issue. They lied about it being sent somewhere else's when the doctors office sends me a notice of where they sent it to. And the person would only help me when I called back (they made me call the psychiatrist back for Jo reason/ just another run around to avoid help with the issue) and got flippant with them. Lazy and unhelpful in the pharmacy... floor people are often understaffed also. This place is abysmal.

This is the worst cvs, my doctor called my prescription in twice but it wasnt filled since the pharmacist apparently didnt check her messages to fill prescriptions. And never answered the phone for over 40 minutes. The extremely rude and unhelpful girl Journey who works in the pharmacy also had all the time to give me an attitude and her sarcastic ass tone as i again just was trying to get a medication i need! Literally the worst service, i was on hold for over an hr and had to call back after being hung up on. Definitely use a different location!

This was my first visit to the new location since it ha been opened. Came in to utilize my CVS extra bucks. I browsed for about a good 5 minutes and decided to look into sanitation wipes for my future trip to Cancun. With the help of a sweet customer service rep. She assisted in helping me find good wipes and a even bigger score the Clorox wipes were on sale plus the use of my CVS bucks. I love getting those bucks to shop. After my purchase, I got even more extra CVS bucks!

I went to to this location and purchased a lipstick, and another item. However, she forgot to give me my lipstick. I immediately noticed when I step out of the store. However, when I went back into the store, and informed her that she didn't give me my lipstick; she claimed that she DID give it to me in a bag. This was a LIE. She never gave me a bag at all ! And, yet she continued to deny that she had it ! I called the store, and spoke with a manager, when I got home. I informed her of the issue. She then put me on hold for several minutes, and then, told me that she 'found' my missing lipstick. But then, said that she happened to find another exact one. This was another LIE, because, it was the only one in that shade, that was left on the shelf. I told her that I would come back, to pick it up. When I got to the store, and went to the register to pick up my missing lipstick, I noticed that she was continuously, wrapping it up into a small bag. This made me suspicious. So, as soon as she handed to me, I unraveled the bag, removed the lipstick, and noticed that the protective seal was broken !! This is another problem, because, before I purchase any makeup, I make sure that the protective seal has not been broken. And, thoroughly, examined this lipstick, before purchasing it. But, magically, the seal on my lipstick was broken, when this cashier handed to me. It's apparent that the original cashier, STOLE my lipstick, and wasn't planning on me coming back to get it !! Her manager, even lied for her ! And, she kept her job ! This really pissed me off. So, I made many stressful calls to speak to the so-called district manager, via the customer service number, and the store, but, I guess he didn't feel that a employee stealing from a customer's wasn't important !

This will go down to a 1 if I keep having trouble getting my prescriptions filled. Their phone is constantly busy, their automated system says stuff that makes no sense "Your prescription will be filled after 9 PM". No It won't, you close at 9!" Also, they need to make orders for medications but then tell you to call and check if it's in- but you can't get through to them! They apologize but don't DO anything about it. AND the lines are getting longer and longer.

The drive-thru has been broken for at least three months. Sometimes customers have small children with them and need the convenience of being able to stay in the car to pick up medicine. I've watched the elderly try to stand for over 25minutes in line smh It is ridiculous. Fix the drive-thru

I went to the pharmacy about 4 weeks ago and was told they didn't have my medication and they would order it ... To come in THREE days later. Seems like a long time considering the size of the company. So I waited three days. When I finally went to pick up my script, I was told that they had been sent EXPIRED medication. Shouldn't that have been disposed of prior to or on the expiration date?

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. My brother ran a CVS in New England for 5 years and I always attempted to stay loyal for his benefit. I've also learned through his efforts what the standards should be for a CVS store, and retail management in general (he has over 12 years of retail management experience). Things I Like: - Close to my house - The building is never on fire - There's a nice Rite-Aid across the street Things I Didn't Like: - They literally NEVER HAVE THE PRESCRIPTION I NEED. I'm not being a soggy fart, I went there for cough syrup with codeine and they didn't have any. Isn't that in the top 10 of "Drugstore Medications", right after aspirin and blood pressure pills? Needless to say, they didn't have the lesser frequent and more important medications I needed either. - Crap scattered everywhere, crates half open, half filled, with inventory meant to be stocked, but neglected midway for reasons unknown. The result? The store becomes an impressive obstacle course for the fleet of foot, - Parking lot is a pain to get to, and get out of. One access point is only accessible from one side of the road, while the other access point requires you to drive through a diagonally slanted parking format where cars like to pop out to say hello from creative angles. They need to stock up their medical inventory, and get the managers to address the cleanliness of the store. If they did this, I would improve my rating by a few stars. In conclusion, the place doesn't do its job and it's been this way for the 7 years I've lived in the area. When it comes to prescription drugs, you'd have a better chance of getting them when you needed them if you walked to Canada for generic substitutions. As a matter of fact, Dr. Yelp here is going to prescribe a dose of "Improva" (hot new drug that helps managers manage). Instructions: Swallow the entire bottle immediately.
