I just transfered pharmacies due to an insurance change. We had Walgreens, so we are new to CVS. So far so good.

Lines are always long and everything is locked up. They will show having your prescription as ready then you show up and ask you to come back in 2 hours... then its still not ready... Definitely going to change pharmacys

The staff is nice but I’ve told them a million times I’m ALLERGIC to a specific manufacturer for my medication and my doctor puts a note in every refill and they manage to give me the manufacturer that I’m allergic to. Every. Month. Thank god I know what it looks like at this point but really it just feels neglectful at times and honestly dangerous.

Literally everytime I come here it’s SOMETHING. If it’s not a bad attitude it’s something else. Today as my allergies are TERRIBLE I just wanted some medicine and to go home. After pressing the button and waiting 5-7 minutes I go up to the front and ask can someone just open the locked medicine box. The employee had an attitude and was very dismissive none the less I still go back and continue to wait. After waiting the price listed was $5.00 less than what the register was ringing up as. I realize that’s not the employees fault however her attitude made it even worse. After calling the manager over they have side conversations about not being able to change the price rather than talking to me directly. I am overall irritated and will continue to drive an extra 15 minutes to cvs just to avoid this type of customer service. If the interaction was pleasant from the beginning I would’ve just paid the extra $5.00 and got over it but to have an attitude and the wrong price listed…. Gotta do better

Has gone way downhill. Used to be a great pharmacy. Now it’s all DEI hires and no one is helpful or fast. Typical.

The pharmacy didn’t notify customers that drive-in was closed so when I got there there was a line wrapped around the parking lot. Management then came out and was incredibly condescending and rude because in her words “the line is very clearly closed” even though no one would assume the drive in would be closed during business hours. Then she said the drive in could only service 4 cars at a time and we could go inside or we could wait until the line died down and get back in the drive through. Is the drive through open or closed? She was upset that people came in and complained when the parking lot was blocked due to the line and handled it in an incredibly unprofessional way.

Just awful. No staff at all. People count on their medications . It is unacceptable to be this uninformed, inaccurate with information about readiness time frames, and very poor staffing.

This store is absolutely disgusting. I would buy anything food or drink items from this store. Mold in the refrigerator where the beverages are. I’ve written to corporate. This is sickening.

Tried to purchase items for pick up. Before I click the checkout, it said the order is ready for today's pick up. After I checked out, it said it's ready for next day. So unreliable! Went to store and saw the items. Asked the people here but received no customer care at all, just told me the items are not ready for pick up today. But I am literally there and the items are there and there are really no other customers!
