Takes forever!!!! Have me drive through 3x and my daughter’s antibiotic was still not ready. Round and round and round. Drive through takes an eternity.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. It is easier to get accepted into HARVARD than it is to get medications here. Every month, there is a different problem that only affects me now as I will not have my medications on time. The pharmacist today did not allow me to get my meds as my ID wasn’t scanning and she did not want to type the numbers on the ID. It’s lazy and uncalled for and the only person who this affects is ME. PLEASE avoid this CVS as much as possible.

Welcome to Baltimore… CVS here is awful. Rude and no help, and basically laugh at you if they have to do any work or if something goes wrong with prescription. Option doesn’t allow 0 stars so 1 will do. I’m sorry for the people in the future that were recommended this place from the Towson hospital, arriving here and have to deal with that cvs. Good luck.

The pharmacist was sarcastic and unprofessional. She was looking for every way to refuse help. When I asked for her name, she said: "Oh, you are so powerful! What are you going to do?" It was late in the evening, and I ended up leaving without my child's antibiotic prescription filled.

If I could leave ZERO I would. Been coming here for 29 years. ALWAYS a hassle. I feel dumb waiting this long to make a change. I will NEVER go back there.

I give up on CVS entirely at this point. Upon confirming my last couple of autofills and never receiving any update on them being filled or ready for payment and shipping/pickup, I went into the app, only to discover they cancelled the orders, without telling me, and the only way to find out WHY is to go into the pharmacy and ask about it. They do not answer the phone, ever. If CVS cannot reliably fill people’s medicine in a timely manner, or at least communicate with them why they cannot, they need to close up shop, because they are literally endangering lives. At the very least, send people an automated message if they are unable to fill a medication, so that they aren’t waiting for weeks only to find out their prescription was never filled. I moved all my prescriptions over to Costco pharmacy and they never take more than 20 minutes to fill anything that is in stock. If it’s not in stock, they’ll get it in 48 hours. That alone is worth the price of admission. I would literally rather pay out of pocket than go back to CVS, because time and time again they have left me without my medicine refills for way too long.

One of the worst pharmacies I've ever been to. The store itself is fine, but you'll have to wait in a mid to long sized line almost no matter what time to pick up a prescription - and don't use the drive thru because it's always backed up and slowww or flat out closed.I switched to Safeway pharmacy across the street and it's been SO easy and they're much nicer there, usually no line at all!

This pharmacy needs to be shut down and exterminated at this point. Not once in my two years of living here have I gone to the store and my prescription is actually ready. I ask my doctor to fill it days before I’m ready to pick up, I call before hand to check and I either won’t get anyone to pick up or I’m told it’s ready when it’s actually not. The lines are forever long, it’s just all around a waste of time. They’re paying these people for nothing

I have been trying to obtain my daughter’s prescription for two weeks and they keep stating her insurance has been terminated and it hasn’t. They have spoken with her insurance provider multiple times and they have stated it is not terminated. They were rude to my insurance representative and hung up on him multiple times.

I work in healthcare and the staff at this pharmacy should really be ashamed. I will no longer refer patients to utilize this pharmacy. I understand they are likely experiencing staffing issues and heavy volume, but that is no excuse to talk to customers the way that they do. I overheard the conversations the staff were having with customers in line ahead of me and the tone was nothing short of rude. It is really sad and disappointing that people are treated this way when they aren't feeling well and trying to pick up a prescription.

When is Google going to start allowing us to leave 0 star reviews? If you schedule a vaccine appointment here, apparently there are 2 different spots in the small store with 2 different systems that do not talk to each other.Though it probably wouldn't have mattered because by the time I found the right spot, apparently there was not someone actually there to give me my scheduled vaccine.

I’ll admit, I went to CVS right after the doctor sent over my prescription. However, I was told by the PharmaTech that they would expedite it and it would take about 15-20 minutes for them to fill it. I thought that sounded great, so I stayed and waited. However, it took about an hour and a half and I’m still waiting. It seems the pharmacist is busy doing vaccines, which is inconvenient for the sick people waiting for their prescriptions.

My experience seems to be consistent with everyone else’s lately. My doctor put in my prescription Thursday. I came Thursday. Was told it would be ready that evening so I came back. Then I was told Saturday morning. Wasn’t ready so they told me Saturday night and it wasn’t ready. I am here now Monday and the lady is playing games with me telling me they don’t have enough and I’m asking why I received a text saying you do. And then she comes back saying actually they have it and are waiting on the pharmacist to get off the phone to fill it. After having me wait 25 minutes and get back in line and she’s eating peanuts. This is annoying and the worst customer service. Get it together.
