I know the reviews look bad but I've been going here regularly for a year now and never had any issues with this pharmacy. They have the prescriptions ready quickly and when they say they do. The staff members are polite and professional.

I've had 2 pharmacists here ignore a do not substitute order on my prescription and insist that the different drug they gave me was the same. One was Maulesh Patel, I don't remember the other one's name. She was an African lady. Anyway, it wouldn't have been a problem if they'd just fill the correct prescription, but they just double down when they're wrong and lie about what they can do about. Mr. Patel just took my wrong prescription back and issued me a refund after insisting that he wasn't able to. He only broke after I started looking up which agencies to file a complaint to. I'm still gonna file a complaint. The worst part is, it depends on which pharmacist (or desk clerk) you get. Some of them don't have this problem! Some of them have actually helped me out in the past. A girl named Ana is an absolute joy to interact with, I'd give this place 5 stars just for her if her coworkers were better.

The pharmacist was very helpful, pleasant, and returned my call within 30 minutes. I was able to pick up my Rx immediately, which saved me time and travel. I was in Fallston, headed towards Towson, and I expressed to him that it would be more convenient for me to pick up my Rx on that day because I would be in Westminster the next day. He understood my POV and was very accommodating. My Rx was ready and available for pickup by the time I arrived at the CVS location.

I went to pick up a prescription for my mother on 2/21/25 and the service I received from Pharmacist Patel was HORRIBLE! He was trying to explain a prescription that wasn’t covered and could be found over the counter but then proceeded to try to talk to me as if I had a comprehension problem. If he gets frustrated with explaining things to patients or family members of patients he shouldn’t be working with the public.

Lots of merchandise is always sitting around.

No matter how many times I call the pharmacy, the prescriptions are never ready! Save yourself some time and go to a real pharmacy.

Came for a vaccine appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes of my scheduled time! Pharmacy staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! Would definitely come back!
