Visited in GBMC. They didn't know how to make a simple cup of tea, bagel was just ok and coffee was warm at best. Needs major improvement.

I can only comment on the coffee as that's all I had. I ordered an espresso which was clearly on the menu and was told that the machine is broken. But I got the impression that the staff just didn't want to fool with it. They referred me to the brewed coffee, which is absolutely horrible. I'm pretty sure it was yesterday's coffee.

Don't buy the brisket sandwich it literally has no meat on it they are getting over on customs trying to be cheap charging all that money for a egg sandwich

Service was slow. A doorDasher came in to pick up an order however someone picked it up or took it by mistake. Who ever was running the register Saturday morning made it seem like it was the his fault. Didn't offer to remake it just sentHim on his way. Please tell me why a cranberry bagel toasted with butter tasted like garlic!!!

3:30 in the afternoon she has no food was absolutely rude!! They close at 5pm I asked her to heat up a bagel from the fridge and she looked at me like I was asking her to run a marathon. Made me feel like I was a bother to her. I’m very nice to all service people and never complain but she was the rudest person I have ever had help me. I’m sorry that I’m at the hospital visiting a very sick person and I made you do some work. Will never com back to her again. Extremely disappointed in the service here.

Employee literally through my food on the counter. Coffee was not ready had to ask for coffee. One employee said today is going to be my day to curse somebody out. Poor service and dirty tables and counter. Shame on you this is a hospital I am sure Einstein can do better.

The customer service was great, food was hot and fresh. However, the website information is totally wrong. It gives the address of the emergency room, 6701 N Charles St, instead of 6565 N Charles St, at the main hospital lobby. The number in their website is wrong as we called it for more information about location because of the construction, and it was someones personal cell as they hung up on me and when I called back they said wrong number. Obviously, he has been getting these for a long time. The employee stated they didn't have a direct number, they only have an extension. She told me to call the hospital and they may connect me to them. Both Google and Einstein Bagels website were wrong.

They put too much cream cheese on the bagels, slow service with no initiative to provide speedy service. When I get the egg & cheese bagel the egg was luke warm and the cheese was not melted.

Staff was clueless. Paid for my food waited for almost ten minutes. Asked where my food was and got a clueless look. System is broken here and staff just Dosn't seem to care. Also the microwaved sandwiches look disgusting. ?

I was there for my second visit! The food girl decided to be take everyone’s order that was in line! I was not ready since I do not often go so I mentioned I would need to look at the menu. She decided she no longer wanted to do her job and make my food and she put it on another coworker to do while that coworker was already making other customers orders. She was very rude and it was clear she did not want to be at work because she “didn’t have time” for her customers. She gives the company a bad name
