I have rented a few cars from here without issue. My wife went to pick up a car today. No car. Worker refused to help find another car. No more renting from enterprise for me.

My first experience with enterprise was horrific and unprofessional. My mom birthday was 5/17 and I decided instead of driving my vehicle I will rent from enterprise. I’ll be doing a lot of driving from MD to NJ. The initial rental had a nail in the tire. I waited for an hour and a half for another vehicle. The vehicle back was dented and missing cover on the left side. Cosmically the vehicle was terrible. Kyle (branch manager) ensured me I will be discounted due to all the mishaps. He seemed sensible so I took his word for it. Plus I was already delayed for my trip. While on the road the car was tugging and pulling really badly. By the Grace of God I made it to NJ in one piece. I communicated with the MD branch location and they informed me to check out the enterprises near me in NJ. Clifton branch manager (Justin) was very rude and unprofessional. I am driving around in what was deemed an unsafe vehicle with my mom on her birthday weekend. Lodi and Wallington couldn’t help me. Overall I had to call roadside assistance and the vehicle was towed. Enterprise did send me an uber to Paterson NJ where Omar was very helpful and displayed empathy and kindness customer service. I was provided a better car the day of to get me back to MD.
Now it’s June and I am seeing a charge of $280 from enterprise. I called the Towson location and spoke with Kyle and he informed me my payment didn’t go through. I said how was that possible when I drove off with a car and then had all of the issues with the vehicle? Furthermore I wasn’t discounted at all when my initial payment was $232. And now being charged more.
He was suppose to send a breakdown of the statement to my email and never did. I had a reservation for June 13th for Father’s Day weekend. I cancelled it and will be driving my own vehicle.
Enterprise does not stand by what they promote. Which is putting the customer first. I am in the customer service field and I do all what I can to assist people. I wasn’t shown that kindness at all and still dealing with reminisce of May into June. I do not recommend this company at all.

Attempted to rent a car at this location. We arrived about 50 minutes after our reservation had been confirmed. The Enterprise hotline we booked through said they'd call us to let us know if the car was unavailable. When we arrived, the employees said they were out of cars and had just been laughing with each other about the fact that we'd arrive soon to just be turned away.

Enterprise is a very professional company treat people with much respect but they just need to do a better job with washing their cars. They are always filthy dirty they need to use soap instead of plain water.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Teo F. at Enterprise Car Sales, and I truly can’t say enough about how incredible he was throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Teo went above and beyond—far exceeding any expectations I had. His work ethic, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to helping me find the right car were absolutely unmatched.
Before I even set foot on the lot, Teo had already taken care of nearly everything. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free by doing all the heavy lifting ahead of time—finding the perfect car, handling the paperwork, and making sure everything was in place. All I had to do when I arrived was finalize my insurance, get my tags, make my payment, and I was on the road!
What stood out the most was how tirelessly he worked to make this happen. It was clear he wasn’t just doing a job—he truly cared about making sure I drove away happy. His dedication, efficiency, and professionalism turned what could have been a complicated process into a smooth, enjoyable experience. Teo is a rockstar, and I can’t recommend him highly enough!

You will not get the type of vehicle you reserve online. Staff here is not good at 1. Cleaning car interiors 2. Checking if anything was left in vehicle. Good spot of desperate else Hertz is better

We had a reservation at the bridgeville location in PA on 12/26. Only needed a car (got a clean red Mazda cx5) for one day to get from PA to MD. Rahul at the bridgeville location was awesome. Made our experience very pleasant.
Rahul in PA and then the wonderful gentleman who checked our return in at the Towson location in MD (wish I remembered his name) were friendly, efficient, had great communication, and great ambassadors for enterprise. 5/5 would rent again.
