Reserved a car at the Cockeysville location for yesterday at noon. Was informed they didn't have any inventory and redirected me to Towson. Understandable. So now I've called customer service three times in the past 30 hours trying to figure out where I can pick a car up from, and each time they email some Regional Manager and research team about getting me a car as soon as they can. The call never comes.

Best Rental company in Towson Location ever .. Enterprise #1 After my accident my State Farm insurance referred me to this Enterprise .. My Reservation went smoothly doing my difficult time … Everyone here are very knowledgeable ,quality service,and every employee very responsive to any question I had . #1 Enterprisein towson location.. Awesome service excellent customer service .. Big ups to these guys.I will never go anywhere else. Thanks to the guys Chris ,Corey and the other guy here that went above and beyond.

The customer service in this location is the worst I have ever see. The branch manager Corey was very nasty towards my fiancé with his attitude and rudeness. For example, threating her and hanging up the phone on her while she has been nothing but communicative and polite throughout the entire process. I am by far appalled that he left my fiancé crying by his actions. I would never want someone like him to ever mange my company let alone have him in customer service the way he was. As long as he is there, I would never recommend this location to anyone, unless they do some type of training to work on their people skills. I am disgusted. If I could I would give zero stars.

Billy and Brandon were excellent when I came in to pick up the car. Brandon picked me up from my apartment we had a nice drive back to the building. Billy answered all my questions during the process. These two gentlemen were very helpful! I will be booking again and look forward to working with these two gentlemen again! Thanks guys !

Hope you don't have to to hospital while you rent a car. When they pick up the vehicle they will also make sure you never see any of your personal belongings again.

I was in a really bad car accident where I could of lost my life. Was told I had a confirmed reservation set up for a car rental, at this location that would be ready 12/6/22 at 4:30pm by my car insurance.Right after speaking with my car insurance around 4:20pm I received a called from Billy claiming that they did not have a rental. At this point I was confused and explained to him that my adjustor just spoke someone at this location a few minutes prior and you all said you had a rental available for pickup at 4:30pm.Billy then put me on brief hold and came back on the line and said that someone just returned a car and there was rental available. I then asked Billy three times are you sure that you have a rental available because I have to travel a distance before I am able to get there. He assured me they did.My family and I drove all the way to this location and guess what when we arrived it was CLOSED. I was unaware that this location closed at 5pm. Not once did Billy MENTION they were about to close at 5pm or that I should come the next day.I was not feeling my best and was relying on my family to get around and we were inconvenienced. The service here is extremely unprofessional and Billy was extremely inconsiderate.

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!OVER 1 YEAR WITHOUT TAGS, MULTIPLE VEHICLE ISSUES, NO ONE WILL RESPOND TO ANYTHING EXCEPT GOOGLE REVIEWS.I've previously shared the horror that is my experience with Enterprise. At this point I am over AN ENTIRE YEAR without any permanent tags on my car. I have sent over FIVE emails to the customer service email that responds to Google Reviews and received only ONE response stating they will have someone get in touch with me. It has now been over a month and no one is responding to those emails. There is no customer service center or help to be found anywhere. Frank is the manager at this location and he has NEVER been able to give me an answer as to why I don't have my tags yet. At this point I have run out of options and will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a formal complaint.

They had me in and out the door with no problem. Spent maybe 15 mins there total and that was just because i ran my mouth.. But they were nice and smooth with the transactions
