Been shopping express for many yrs. Purchased a white shirt online. Paid full price. Was sent a shirt that had very clearly been worn and returned. There was makeup all around the collar, stains on the front and at the armpits. Tried to EXCHANGE it in store and was told I couldn’t bc it was beyond 30 days that the first item in my order had been shipped (the order contained 8 items. This particular shirt was among the last 2 items I received about a week later). I was given the number to customer service to call. Called them, and was told the same thing, can’t exchange bc it’s beyond 30 days. Asked the rep what she suggested I do bc I don’t understand why express would allow employees to even send an item that was clearly worn and damaged, she suggested I sell it so that I wouldn’t be out any money.
Again, been a customer for well over 15 yrs atp, I wasn’t asking for money back, only an exchange and they refuse. I can count on one hand how many times I’ve requested an exchange and it was always due to some sort of damage to an item or the wrong size being purchased. I don’t recall ever requesting a refund for anything. I have abt 4-5 pairs of express jeans/pants in my closet right now with tags bc express has been the only place I would purchase those items bc of the fit. Well never again! I refuse to spend another penny with express bc of this experience with them refusing to exchange a shirt that was sent to me clearly worn/damaged!
And to those who do it, stop wearing clothes and returning them, it’s disgusting!

Staff here is extremely rude!!!! I just left this location and had the worse experience in my life. If you don’t like dealing with the public find a job where you can work behind the scenes. This is unacceptable. As I come to the comments I see everyone has the same complaint about the rude staff. What can be done?

Sinroya was extremely rude. I presented her with the wrong receipt and instead of trying to look me up in the system she jumped to conclusions and basically insinuated I stole a item and tried to return it, like girl it’s express nobody needs to steal ? once she actually did her job and looked up the item she clearly saw I paid for it and didn’t apologize or anything just continued to have a rude attitude.

Express is okay if you're trying to buy suits and jeans. But that's it. The service is really rude. Every associate had an earphone in and doesn't seem to know where what is. I feel like I've had a better time shopping from express online than going into this store. The management is kinda rude and awkward too. News flash! It's not that hard providing good customer service to returning or even new customers to get returning customers. Also, prices are dreadful unless you're buying clearance whenever they have their 60% off sale. Outlets are cheaper though so.

I love Express clothes but absolutely hate going to this location. Today I had to go because top I got in mail was defected so I went to exchange. I asked sale person to exchange for same top . They did not have one in store but I asked if they would order one for me . I was there 45 minutes with 3 employees and no one could order me a top . They just did not know how to order. They had terrible attitude. No one apologized. It was a nightmare.There was a long line at checkout because employees are not trained and they don’t care . Absolutely terrible location.

I used to really love Express and I have been shopping at Express for twenty years. The customer service at this location is awful. No one ever cares you are even there. The associates never ask how you are doing, offer to help, and god forbid acknowledge your presence. It’s bad.

Very quality clothes. Express stays with the current trends and it shows in its selection of clothes from the casual to the more formal. The staff was very courteous as well.
