I am thankful for using the services from Extra Space Storage. I decided to store my daughter’s school furniture and belongings for one month while she returned back to college. This was the best decision I ever made. It saved me time and money. It is recommended. Thank you Matt for assisting me with the transaction.

I tried to Ship a box and it was denied by the US postal service. As I was looking for another box to repack my item, I stumbled on Extra Space Storage in Towson, Maryland. I met Chanel and I believe his name is Matt. Not only did they try to find the best way I can package my item, they worked hard to get me the right box at there office and repackaged my item for me so that it would be accepted to ship to my destination. It was such a blessing meeting them. I am extremely grateful for the help and kindness they showed me.

They are very cooperative and keep the facilities very clean. I love how the employees are very involved with the customers and know us personally. Every issue I’ve had has been attended to and resolved so I definitely recommend for anyone looking for a storage space.

Chanel at ExtraSpace Storage in Towson was so helpful today she straightened out my bill and actually walked me to see a couple of open units. Checked my locks everything that she could do to make my transition easier. The place is so clean and there are security cameras 24/7. The manager Matt is also helpful, very pleasant. Chanel and Matt go the extra distance to be available to their customers.
