My daughter and I visited the Towson Branch to conduct a few business matters and the customer service that we received was outstanding! We were greeted and treated with the upmost respect so much so that we both ended up opening bank accounts there! Shout out to you Ms. Wiechert! You put the capital E in Excellent Customer Service!!!

Absolutely exceptional customer service delivered by Ms. Wiechert today. Beyond my expectations from the very beginning & just improved as time went by. I was given a friendly greeting as soon as I came through the door & immediately had the feeling of "Yup, this is a bank I want to work with." She was professional, effective, efficient, knowledgeable & personable & she made the entire experience of becoming a customer as easy & pain free as possible. This is my first time dealing with this particular bank but, based solely upon my experiences today, I now know two things which I didn't know earlier today & they are A) this bank is going to get more & more of my business (& my money & my family's money) as time goes by & B) this is a bank which I will now definitely recommend to friends, family & associates (whenever & however such opportunities may present themselves) & that because I like how I was treated & want my friends, family & associates to experience the same. Truly a class act & very refreshing in a day & age in which (so-called) "customer service" may frequently leave something to be desired. Happy customer! Go here, you'll enjoy it. Very, very good.

Terrible business banking experience! Ever since First National Bank of Pennsylvania took over Baltimore County Savings Bank, it has been a downhill adventure. If you enjoy paying rediculous fees, this bank is for you! They charged me $10.00 per month, without telling me, for the "privilege" of using their business banking app to check my account balance (that's all the app could do). Then, they closed the branch that I had been going to for years and put a lot of good people out of work. Corporate can't make a decision to save it's life (except to charge insane fees), yet the branches refer you to corporate for anything requiring a decision. The staff at this branch are friendly and the branch is well maintained, but this bank as an overall financial institution is not for small businesses.
