Best nail salon in all of Towson!!! And trust me I’ve been all over!!! All sets below have been done here by my guuurl Emma but I promise ALL nail artists (Kelly, her husband etc) are all really amazing! Chill atmosphere looks like not much from the outside but the people inside are some of the most talented nail artists I feel so lucky to have discovered this place two years ago ❤️ they’ve had a loyal customer ever since!

I will never return to this place of business, I’m new to Maryland and just started getting service here whenever I have been serviced I pay whatever they say the fees are and tip. I noticed that they treat some of their black clients differently and I was trying not to think that but they do. Whenever I show them a design I want they gave me attitude about it and I’m like if I’m paying what’s the problem. I’ve always been very respectful to them despite their attitudes today I go to get service and was told they didn’t want to service me anymore and wouldn’t tell me why. Nail tech were available one of them told me they are available but don’t want to service you and I have a client to attend to and we don’t have to tell you why, so I was completely shocked and said you must have me confused with someone else because I’ve never never had issue with anyone here last time I got my nails done the technician told me when I come back to soak them off and he said well that’s what they told me to tell you, as I’m standing there another black woman comes inside and ask for service and he tells her we are full for today when literally he just told me their are free but didn’t want to service me and I witness them in there doing nothing but sitting in the chairs on this rainy day. They never have to worry about me but definitely need others to be aware of their actions. I don’t recommend supporting this business!

I just got a set of acrylics done today. Before I got them done I looked at the price and it said it would be $45 for a set. I got a normal length and almond shaped nails. I also got a basic color with no design. Everything went well until I went to pay and wasn’t shown the price before I paid (I know my mistake). The lady gives me the receipt and it’s $66! I obviously tipped but then asked why it was so expensive and she said because of the length and shape I got… I am very disappointed to say the least because I usually loved this place but not anymore. I am SO angry because I know I should’ve looked at the price before paying but trusted that she would’ve done the right thing. I am beyond angry.

I had a horrible experience. I’ve already had a really bad day. My birthday is literally in three days came to get a pedicure. I wanted a pink base and French tip and I reiterated that in person as I called beforehand to make sure that they could do French tip when I got there they acted like they knew what I was talking about and I said it more than the ones that I wanted French tip they finished my feet and there was no French tip so I asked why there wasn’t French tip on my feet. The guy was frustrated that he had to start the process over again as he said he cannot paint over. They’re already done work and he stormed out of the store. I’m super annoyed the experience and the lack of customer service plus the fact that they were not listening to me throughout the whole process It’s just extremely infuriating and it’s literally my birthday.

I have been coming to this salon since sophomore year of high school and they are the most reliable (consistent) and affordable place I have gone to. I have never been disappointed. Everybody is very kind and experienced!! (I trust each person there, but i always recommend seeing Le.)
I haven’t gone elsewhere unless needed, but always find myself wanting to come back here.

The pedicure took a huge chunk of my toenail, last Friday July 5. It got infected and I am spending money in dr and medicine, on top of excruciating pain.

I recently went to this location from someone else recommendation. After receiving my lash service. I text Kelly the next day and said this was my first time but next time I would like them fuller and I asked her about one of my eye watering.
She was very receptive to the information and stated she would make them fuller next time. I have been reaching out to her now for over a week and she would not answer the phone or her text. Today, she talk through someone else to tell me she don’t want to do because I am allergic. I was confused so I asked to speak to her. She would not get on the phone and they kept saying she don’t want to do because you are allergic. I stated I did not know she was my doctor. Now I fly out tomorrow and have no one to fix my lashes. Other businesses does not want to do work on top of someone else’s. I would not recommend going here; that is not how you handle business.

!! Use caution driving or operating machinery after a manicure at Future Nails Towson !! because you will be staring at your nails and may be at risk of crashing!! Second manicure here and wow I love. The only place I've found that does builder gel / hard gel. Tysm future nails!

Great manicure! This is the only spot I've found in Baltimore that does builder gel/ hard gel. Future nails did a GREAT job and didn't make me feel weird about asking for what I wanted (other salons seem to roll their eyes when you ask for almond shape or any designs). Future Nails Towson was fast and did a great job at a reasonable price. Thanks and I will be back!
Requested style: Builder gel, almond shape, design, flowers.

This is a weird establishment they don’t do soak off for non clients and then it states they do silk wrap but when I went there they said they don’t. Very ignorant

Amazing service loved it great shape good customer service an as a 22 year old black woman I loved the experience and felt welcome and not treated differently if that make sense they are amazing and make u feel welcome
