Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center is a long-standing nonprofit that offers a variety of pre-owned clothing, furniture, housewares, and more. The store is well organized and provides polite, attentive service. While the selection includes some cool finds and a decent amount of clothing, the overall experience can be hit or miss, with some customers noting that the store can sometimes be messy and prices for donated items are often considered too high. The donation center is busy, especially during lunch hours, with a one-lane waiting line that may require patience, and donations can be dropped off from a vehicle while waiting. There is also a clothing donation bin nearby. Recently, some shoppers have expressed disappointment over rising prices, which now match or exceed new retail prices, making thrifting less cost-effective. Despite this, many appreciate the store for its variety and its role as a thrift option in the community.
The manager/receptionist guy with glasses who looks like middle east or Indian is super nice!

Good pricing and the older Black lady rang me up and was quite pleasant as I observed her she was professional with everyone.

This Goodwill is over priced! This is not Macy's! People shop at Goodwill because they need to. Why charge high prices for used items. The lead cashier MS. Jeanette is not customer friendly . She is snappy and grouchy.
