This retail store is not big or spacious, but every apparel and accessories for young men and ladies are neatly organized and presentable. Plus, the sales associates are courteous, and they are happy to assist the shoppers. J. Crew is not focusing on fast-fashion clothing but offering good selections of timeless clothing, instead.

It's a JCrew factory store! Great products for a reduced rate. Well, let me condition that, the prices are lower, but not drastically. The big difference in prices is they're always having relatively big discounts. The staff is extremely nice and the variety is great. One tip I have is, don't expect the sizes to fit like typical jcrew clothes. I've found that the factory store runs bigger.

Retail nowadays is filled with staff who just want a paycheck and go home. Not Arelia. She went out of her way to make sure I received the proper refund and was patient with me when I was disorganized. Very impressed with her and this store. Recognizing talent, training staff, and hiring good people gives credit to the whole store. Being a good team member, like Arelia is, makes the whole staff shine. She did her part, and I really have not seen that much in retail recently. Thank you so much! I will never forget her efforts!
