This "Jamba juice" has horrible customer service. Also the products are not the same as a typical Jamba Juice and when you question an item being different than you normally receive the staff then has the nerve to get an attitude,be dismissive and rude. The person who waited on me named Veronica, was short and abrupt with me when placing my order, she didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, did not give me a total, while I was speaking to her she didn't bother to make eye contact with me and stopped speaking to me mid sentence to call another customer over. When I asked about my product she got nasty and short, also was making comments under her breathe and to another employee. Another employee was kind enough to actually listen to my question and I spoke to the supervisor who was kind, however, the employee that was rude to me also spoke to him rudely so clearly this is her demeanor. I have made my review to secret shoppers as well as the corporate franchising authority. I would return to the location as it is near to my home, except for the customer service will cause me to drive across town when I need energy bowls unfortunately. Much to improve.
