Tried to get a present wrapped but the person working there was so slow and having problems wrapping and tying bows because of her long nails. After waiting 20 minutes I went back to the counter and saw my package sitting on a piece of wrapping paper and no one around. I waited another 5 minutes, wrapped the package myself and left - no one questioned me.

I will never shop this store again for anything. They totally screwed me over. I purchased ugg slippers online and they were too big...I returned them and went directly to the shoe department to order another pair. I order them with the help of a sales persons and I leave. Now 4 days later no tracking info available so I call the store to see what’s going on, that’s when I find out that even tho I was charged I will not be receiving the shoes and the 2 employees I spoke with

Gm such a beautiful morning God has allowed us. Enjoying my brunch on my day off. Hats off to Chef Steve, that wild caught blackened salmon was cooked to perfection. Wonderful dining experience. Fetsum my server and the team at Nordstrom’s cafe made me feel like a Queen!

I had to use the online pick up for a special gift for my wife. I had a poor experience last week where there were about 8 of us in line. The regular person was all the way upstairs in alterations and the other associates couldn't find her. There was a 10 minute maximum for those parking spaces and I came outside and thankfully I was able to avoid getting a ticket. Very poor experience. For the amount that we shop there between myself, my wife and Mom in law this was terrible. I usually do not write bad reviews, but with the level of excellence that is supposed to be a part of Nordstrom, I was extremely let down.

I don’t know the name of the woman who helped me, but I was reminded tonight of an incredible experience that I had in your store about four years ago. I was breast-feeding a new baby and took a break in your lounge area. And employee came in and made sure I knew that I was welcome to nurse anywhere and even got me a cup of water. Her thoughtfulness is something that is never left me.
