“I have always bought my appliances at ABW in Pikesville. Their salespeople are honest, helpful, and patient; the prices are fair. However, I just moved into a new condo where all the appliances are fairly new and nice, so there is no immediate need to replace them. I had a problem with the refrigerator's ice maker, and was able to make an appointment with ABW. Both Ken, who helped me with the appointment, (I was told that they are short staffed for technicians at the moment) and Michael who completed the service were communicative, professional and, overall, lovely to deal with. Over the many years that I have been interacting with this company, I have only had wonderful experiences, stress free. Do not hesitate to call them!”

“I came in to purchase Christmas decorations for my company's lobby. I approached Ginna to get some decoration ideas. She was amazing! She spent over an hour with me helping me to group things and encouraging me to go with my gut. She did this between many other customers asking for her assistance, and always with great attitude and pleasure. She went above and beyond and her help was greatly appreciated. The same goes for Jenn. When I checked out she wrapped everything for me, took my 2 overflowing baskets of treasures to my car, and helped me to load it all. I’m so grateful to these ladies! Home Goods is blessed to have such hard-working, pleasant employees.”

“A really incredible store and pretty much the only thing that keeps me even considering shopping at Williams-Sonoma in the future. Tiffany and Karen went miles out of their way after an issue with an item on our registry (it kept getting delivered damaged) and truly did not stop till the issue was not just addressed but resolved in a very satisfactory way. I saw them forcefully advocate for me and my wife with WS Corporate and they were communicative and patient with us throughout the whole process. Highly recommend stopping in and experiencing some truly excellent customer service.

“Classic Ollie’s. I’m always surprised by the amount of food they have. I like their snack and candy options. They have a ton of sheets and things. The cleaning products are pretty comprehensive. As you get to the candles and decor, quality decreases a bit. I feel like you can tell why certain candles didn’t sell at their first store. It’s interesting to see what they have each time!”

“I love a clean a neat store. All of the items were neatly placed on the shelves. The floor was cleaned. The only problem, they have a security lock on the bathroom and the security guard had to open the door. My god, the bathroom was so nasty and smelled so bad. They should keep the door opened.”
