This facility is not clean, and they lost urine and blood work that I waited over an hour to have done. Staff took personal calls in front of me and had a very unprofessional attitude.

The BOY working the front desk was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. Two trips here and they seem ruder and less professional each time. We've heard shouting, name calling and seen intentional refusal to assist customers. It literally appears that this place HATES its customers, as I write this the child pretending to be a man is glaring rudely at a woman for asking about her children's veracous veins. It's okay that you can't find MEDICALLY EDUCATED PEOPLE, but these people have so literal education it feels like you're in a McDobalds drive thru except McDonald employees know how to read

I had an appointment for my elderly Mother on Friday, February 23rd at 1:00.Now usually with an appointment you are in about 15- 20 minutes tops and that's if they are busy other then that it's less.I checked in from my phone , where you are supposed to get a text when they are ready for you. I decided to bring bmy mother in to the location after checking in on my phone because with an appointment it never takes that long. One if you need wheelchair accessible do not choose this location. So I get us in sit down and wait. I see it's crowded but im like we have an appointment should be cool. Around 1:35 they call are name only to give paperwork. No text was ever made so I'm glad we didn't wait in the car cause no text at all. Come to to find out a young lady did the same checked in from her phone and was never texted either cause she ended coming up after me and all the women said was we called you. Keep in mind because it's a small space you have the option to check in from your phone so you come in when the tech is ready for you. That never happened if you check in from your phone don't expect a text. So 1:45 we finally get called, go to room 2 the women at the front desk said. So we go to room 2. Waiting, waiting no one comes in I hear talking so I go back up front only to find the woman at the front desk instead of waiting on my mother who had an appointment and been waiting, she waits on the women she knows that wasn't even waiting that long. So ask is some one coming cause no one is is in the room and my mother has now been waiting in that room.. for 10 minutes. Then a gentleman man comes in he was the only nice, professional person he acknowledged that we have been waiting.He wasn't able to get her vain so he asked another lady. I hear him say please don't hurt her. This woman has an attitude cause this was her lunch and I get it but we had an appointment at 1:00 your coworker decided to wait on a woman yall know who clearly had an appointment after my mother but my mother shouldn't suffer for that. So I don't care how good you are but a terrible attitude will overshadow your talent. So of course you know the women who only had to wait 10 minutes was gone before us cause she knew the women there. Rude ,terrible service will never go to this location again.

This has been the most horrible experience I've had in a medical clinic. This place is beyond ghetto, dirty and unprofessional. Never going back here again.

I had an appt originally scheduled for the afternoon, but came in at 7:30 and was in and out within 20 minutes. Friendly and efficient staff, bloodwork was painless.

It is always super crowded and they move SUPER SLOW. It almost feels intentional. They will look you straight in the face, not greet you and we let you sit for over 30 minutes and say absolutely nothing to you. I went one time and walked out after 30 mins of nobody saying anything to you and I tried it again and it was too many people just sitting and not moving so I turned around and went to the one across from Towson Mall. Walked in and got serviced immediately.

Very rude and irresponsible employees! They messed up my orders and forgot to complete it. The customer service asked me to go there and redo the labs! But when I stayed there for one hour they said they do not have my orders and they did not draw my blood sample!I will never go there again!

Front office customer service is pretty terrible. When you check in at the kiosk, the message tells you to wait where you are comfortable and you will receive a text. The office was very busy and people had been waiting a long time, so I sat in my car. After 30 minutes of no text, I went in just to check my place. The receptionist told me she just called my name. I told her I was waiting on a text, but she ignored that completely and repeated that she called my name. She continued her conversation with her friend behind the desk as she tapped in my info, never looking at me or acknowledging me again until I asked if I was all set. A “yah” is all I got. I gave 2 stars because the phlebotomist was sweet and efficient.

This place is awful. They're basically the go to for employment drug screenings so there's no other options. Even if you have an appointment, it takes forever waiting and they treat you like a walk in anyway. For a company and service that does this all day every day, you would think they would actually do a good job and understand how to schedule properly. If you have the option to go somewhere else, do that. I went to a different location where they said their system was down and then told me to go to this location. I did, and they treated me like a walk in even though I arrived to this location at the time of my original appointment at the other location. All of this given that the issue was on their end, not mine.

On my second attempt to visit them I scheduled an appointment for 4pm. I fasted the whole day in preparation for blood work. They were listed that they close a 5pm but they closed before 3:50 and did not call or inform any of the other scheduled appointments to let us know they had closed earlier

Went in today and had great service from Chikita (sorry if I spelled it wrong), she was the only staff member assisting a room full of patients and she helped everyone with such a positive attitude no matter how little help she had and she also kept everyone updated on the status of everything!

The LabCorp on 7801York Road suite 101A failed to send my blood work. I had to have my blood draw done twice. This is health malpractice

Terrible service! Everyone waited hours after their appointments. One of the receptionist took my name off the waiting list because I had to use the restroom before my drug test, mind you, I had to wait WHILE DRINKING WATER!!! Then, they said one person was ahead of me, I waited another hour for that, just for them to tell me my name was not on the list!

The woman at the front desk in Hampstead was very rude & wouldn't let me talk. I've always been to Lutherville and a Lady Cookie was fabulious. I live in Hampstead but will go go back to Lutherville
