My fiancée wanted to get gel nails at this location because it was listed online for a cheap price (roughly $35-45). We ended up paying $80, without explanation as to why, which is unacceptable.
The good: our nail tech was very careful to ensure the nail color and design was exactly what was asked for.
The bad: Lots. The nails given were NOT GELS, but ACRYLICS, which was a different price and could potentially cause a customer to have an allergic reaction. The nail file Dremels frequently scraped skin and caused irritation. There was NO COMMUNICATION, including what powder or lotion was being applied, not even what kind of plastic was being used for the nails. We walked in and were immediately sat down, not even told to sit just gestured over and began working on the nails. Another customer came in as well and asked for acrylics to be removed, and the techs were both busy and unable to get to her, but simply looked at her, SAID NOTHING, then ignored her. The techs wouldn’t even verbally communicate with each other, which is especially bad because they would swap multiple times during the procedure (we personally had 2 tech changes mid process). The gel base coat was applied all the way up to the knucklebone (yes, directly on a significant amount of skin). The underside of the nail is far too rough and sharp. And lastly, the price was completely unexplained. We asked for gels, which is “$49 & up,” and instead received acrylic nails with nothing but 2 different color polishes. Acrylics are listed on site as “$35 & up.” And yet somehow, we were charged $80! A complete scam, and we will not be returning.
The tech’s skill actually applying the gel polish colors, and in providing the design we asked for, is the only reason this review has a 2nd star. There is genuine talent employed here, but the degree of failure in communication, care, and respect is unforgivable.

I got my nails done today originally I wanted overlays replaced and cut down. Cindy took off the acrylic part with care of my natural nails which are long. Because of her poor performance while working on my nails, I had to start all over. I was charged $93.00 she is not a good nail tech the nails are uneven and way too short. Off to a new nail shop for me!

I requested to have my acrylics removed. I got hurt SO MUCH. I have small, thin hands and I barely felt care from this nail tech. It literally felt someone was shoveling and digging through my nails/cuticles. The nail tech did not even say sorry but simply said it'll heal eventually. It has been 5 days and it still hasn't healed. If I could give 0 star, I would. I am never coming back to this salon.

I had hope for this place because the first 2 people we spoke to were very nice. But unfortunately I left unhappy. Nice lady came over to start on my boyfriends pedicure. He got a basic pedi with clear polish. She was very nice, took her time, treated him well. 15 mins later another young lady came to start on mine. First thing I noticed was she started touching me with the exact same gloves she had on while doing another young lady’s feet right before mine. I was uncomfortable. I asked for a basic pedi with white color and acrylic big toes for shape. I wanted my toes squared. She rushed through my whole service and didn’t give me what I wanted, even though I repeatedly told her to fix what she was doing so it can match to what I requested. She kept telling me “I have to do this” . I’ve gotten this exact pedi before at other nails salons and it was never a problem. She finished my pedi 6 mins after my bf pedi was completed by the other nice young lady. So my bf pedi was 30 mins long and mines was barely 15mins. How does a basic pedi with clear polish, take way longer than basic pedi with color AND acrylic? We paid for service of course. First and last time here.

I got a full set from here. Basic color, square nails and they charged me $63. I went back for a fill in, basic color, no cut down, they charged $45 with an extra $5 for “length”. Within a week, two of my nails broke. I came in for repair. They wanted to charge me $10. I asked why I’m being charged when I got them done here and they haven’t even grown out….They broke. The manager argued with me about paying, claiming since it wasn’t a full set then they don’t do repair for free. I’m only giving an extra star because the nail tech was very nice. I’ve gotten my eyebrows done here and they don’t wax them in a bed. You have to sit in a chair and tilt your head back. I would NOT recommend going here.

Today I went to get my gel polish removed. I was a walk-in appointment and I got the service done right away. The work was quick and the quality of work is wonderful! The vibe is quiet and calm. The station for the work was slightly messy upon arrival, but the staff are friendly.

Idk if I like this place. May try it again, but off the top it seems they’re overpriced and my nails broke literally the next day… lol.

I never leave bad reviews. However, this experience is worth sharing if it can spare another person. A 15 min pedicure for $30 is well below expectation. On top of an extremely rushed pedicure, the male nail tech glopped the nail polish on my big toes so much so that it bubbled- slid off my toes & another nail tech had to redo the polish. I won't be returning.
