I had my vehicle towed the day before yesterday at Leo's, left it there to have one the technician look at it. Friday morning now a female called me, and told me what was wrong with my vehicle,she told me it was the starter. They even told me that part was coming in. I even asked for a full oil change on the vehicle too. Friday morning I went to Leos right, stayed over an whole day in the waiting area. After a whole day of waiting, I haven't seen no delivery truck pulling in, with no parts. I guess the same starter that they claimed to change, it is still on the vehicle. When I getting ready to pay they told me they only put partial oil in the vehicle, when it already had oil on top of the dirty oil. I asked for full oil change, not to add oil on top of the dirty oil that is already in the vehicle. I believe they were pretending to work on the vehicle to collect more money from me. Talking about they only add oil, and will charge me less, I paid 576.00.Today now on my way to try to do some deliveries, the vehicle completely stopped at the traffic light, I ended up getting to start to move it out the road to this McDonald's lot, trying to get it to start again, it didn't start. It was same problem it was having, that time I towed the vehicle to Leo's. Be aware of Leos not again, they big time rip me off, they gonna lose business in doing something like that. It's very disappointing

Went to this shop as my 2008 Mercury Milan was reaching End of Life and needing lots of repairs. They provided very reliable service, great communication, and reasonable prices. They helped me triage the ever-growing list of problems. I appreciated the help with getting my well-used car to keep going until I could get a new one.

This was the best experience I've had getting work done on my car and they are amazing here. Leo and John are very nice and knowledgeable. I left out feeling like I wasn't scammed and valued as a customer. I will always bring my car here if I need anything done and they are reasonable with the pricing. I'll recommend these guys to anyone in need a car repairs/services.

This is an incredible, honest mechanic shop. I had some electrical problems from work done on my truck from another shop. They got it fixed in about an hour, and didn't cost me anything. Definitely recommend!

I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service and miscommunication I experienced at this shop. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change four days ago and was quoted $65 by a woman over the phone. I was also told that my fluids, including my transmission fluid, could be checked, all within a reasonable price range.
However, upon arrival today, I was told by a man at the front desk that my oil change would actually cost $116, almost double the original quote. On top of that, I was informed I’d need to pay $130 for a diagnostic just to have someone look at my transmission fluid — something I was initially told would be included.
This bait-and-switch tactic is both unprofessional and unethical. I made it very clear when I called that I’m a student on a limited income and needed to be fully prepared to pay what I was quoted. I drive a BMW, yes, but that doesn’t mean I have money to waste — I was relying on the accuracy of the original quote to budget accordingly. I could have gone to Walmart and gotten my oil change for $80, but I chose your shop because I was told you’d offer a full service with a warranty. Instead, I was met with deception and disrespect.
To make matters worse, the man at the front desk was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or offer any explanation, he became sarcastic and dismissive. I’ve never felt so disregarded as a customer.
This business clearly lacks internal communication, consistency, and customer care. If you can’t honor your own quotes or treat people with basic respect, you shouldn’t be in business. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to be cautious — especially if you’re working with a budget. This place is a complete disappointment. And I missed class for this

Did a CVT fluid change on my 2019 Corolla Hatchback. Dropped off at 5pm, was ready by 12pm the next day. They were wonderful on the phone, and even better in person! Would highly recommend.

I always enjoy visiting this place of business because the people here are genuine and honest. Mr. Leo leads with integrity, and it clearly reflects in the actions of his employees and family. He is a man of outstanding character. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed and safe every time ❤️

The worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop! I wish there were 0 stars. While the 2 women were pleasant Jon was having a very bad day and apparently that was due to his ex-wife, the government, me and I believe Progressive. Those were all the people that he was loudly discussing while I was in there. Here was my experience
1. 7:39 my son called and asked would we be able to have the car diagnosed today (check engine light). He said he spoke to Jon who said yes and told him the fee.
2. I arrived at 10:37 to leave my car and I asked the woman at the counter would it be ready by 2:30. She very confidently said yes they could complete the diagnostic but probably not the repair.
3. At 3:08 I called because I had not heard anything and was told he was looking at it now and would call soon.
4. At 4:07 I could no longer wait so I went in. I was told he was “working on it” and asked if I needed the car today. I said yes I need it now. After a few minutes I realized no one was moving so I asked what was happening. Jon said he’s working on it. I said I can bring it back but I have to go. He jumped up and said he would bring the car out of the garage.
This is where it gets interesting! He brings my car out and they say I have to pay their diagnostic fee. I said not without the diagnostics! Seems reasonable right? So I ask what’s the issue with my car. They don’t know yet. Jon then says I hate people that don’t want to pay. I say I’m more than willing to pay if I know the issue. He then hands me my keys and tells me to never come back. Well that won’t be a problem. If you’re able to avoid Jon this might be a good spot. I will never know and recommend avoiding them! (Check my reviews I very seldom send negative reviews but you need to know this!)

Fair, professional, honest, good communication. I’m extremely happy with my experience, fixed my car right up, told me exactly what was wrong and gave me options, ended up being cheaper than they quoted, all around good guys and I will be back! They’ve even given advice over the phone when we were having issues.

Leo’s shop does great work and has a staff of people who will do everything they can to make sure their customers are well taken care of. They were able to get my car in and out in only a matter of hours, which was incredible given it was already 3pm when I brought it in. We have a one car household, so this was very much appreciated and the mechanic, Jon, took the time to explain everything that was going on with the car and why the situation had occurred. I left experiencing great mechanic work and customer service, which is not always typical when working with auto body shops. Would highly recommend Leo’s if you need auto body work done in the Towson area.

I had a great experience with Leo's Auto Inc after my car was hit in an accident. They were honest, transparent and really kind. When the insurance estimate didn't cover the full cost, they worked with me to get what I needed from the insurance company. Highly recommend!
