The worst experience ever! I literally stood there for 25 minutes before even being acknowledged. When I was finally acknowledged it wasn’t a greeting it was just a we have people waiting ahead of you with a very nasty attitude I will never in life go back there again!

I went to this store to buy a blush/contour and concealer brush with a companion. There was only one employee but she was understandably busy, acknowledged us, and informed us that she would be with us shortly. She could see that we weren't interested in browsing for anything else as we were just standing in front of the brushes, chatting and waiting. Another employee returned from her break and was asked by the first one to help us. She completely disregarded this, made eye contact with us but made a sour face and ignored our presence, then proceeded to walk past us to help 2 other customers who had just walked in. Unsure if she was just incompetent, catty, or if it had to do with the fact that we were Asian. The first employee did her best to be accommodating but the second employee was extremely unprofessional. We did not want to wait any longer and went to the MAC store in the mall and was helped right away by a courteous employee named Charles. I was so turned off from this experience (I work in healthcare so I understand the importance of service) that I will no longer shop at any MAC stores within Nordstrom.

Literally the worst experience EVER. Nothing is EVER in stock and although the lady helping me was trying to be nice, she was such an AIRHEAD. I literally asked for advice on so many things (i.e. which blush suits my skin tone better) and her answer was “yeah I'm not sureâ€. Sis that's your JOB to know! And she constantly kept walking away from me while I was talking to her! I will NEVER purchase from a MAC store unless a corporate member contacts me personally.
