This was my 2nd time visiting Macy's in towson and both times i have experienced racism by the employees. I was in the fragrance department and waiting behind someone that was being helped by an employee. An old white lady came up and stood behind me, this white had with jet black hair walk up and started helping the white old woman that was behind me! I was so stunned at how she blatantly ignored me! A black employee standing at the makeup counter across from us saw what happened and came over and greeted me kindly, i ended up spending $200 with her and the old white woman was returning something. Any hoo from now on i will only shop with the people who look like me if i do have to go there ever again. Usually i never shop with macys any way but this was a last minute purchase and i knew they had the item i needed.

This review was for Finish Line that was inside Macy's in Towson. The young women who was the only employee working was patient, personal, phenomenal customer service 👏🏿 I forgot her name but she was amazing under pressure and was a track star.

It's hard to find engaged and helpful workers these days. Fatou was working in the jewelry department at the Macy's in Towson and not only did she help me pick out the perfect birthday gift for my daughter, she took the time to gift wrap each of them. I've shopped at Macy's for over 30 years and this is the best service I have received hands down. Thanks Fatou!!!!

I dunno merchandise is not as nice as it used to be. Don't enjoy shopping experience in Macy's anymore. The way that things are arranged in store just looks cluttered and unorganized. Did not always used to look this way.

My wife bought pair of shoes, wore once and the strap broke. Will not take them back or exchange them. Macys not what it used to be save your time and money and shop somewhere else. Sam Edelman very poor quality. Don’t buy.

I came in looking for a dress to wear to my sister's wedding in Texas. I fully expected not to find a single dress but left with three and some new clothes for work. The service was exceptional and the selection was bountiful.
