Midas service in Towson is outstanding!
My car limped in from Brooklyn with a host of serious problems. After double-checking and refining the technician's assessment, Paul helped me understand the issues and decide what to prioritize. And then he + team stayed 4+ hours late on a Saturday evening to get everything done so I could get on the road the next day. Thank you Paul! Thank you Jason! You guys are super awesome, staying in close communication and delivering more than you promised. I'm so grateful for your outstanding service and care. Thank you.

This is my first time visiting Midas but definitely not the last , this place is so professional and explain to you with patience and gentle the issues about your car service, Rod is very professional, polite and nice he explain me all about my car problems and fixed is well , also they sending to you one link with all the descriptions about your services .Thanks guys very recommended 👍🏻

Amazing shop Nick district manager Paul manager and Jason tech were able to get me back on the road the same day and they had amazing customer service and they show they care about their customers it was a 10/10 experience would recommend and I would definitely get service with them again.

Carl and Chris were great. They took me in very quickly for an oil change, diagnost the vehicle, replaced air and cabin filters, cleaned battery terminals and got me out in less than an hour. Fees are very affordable. I highly recommend.

I highly recommend this place. I was a first-time customer this morning. I have an older vehicle and trying to keep it going as long as possible. The gentleman who checked me in at Midas in Towson is so nice, explained everything, and is just pleasant to deal with. There was another guy there (I think the mechanic who worked on my vehicle) and he was super nice too. Their pricing is fair as well. I just found my new auto shop after years of bad experiences at Firestone.

All the gentleman at Midas are so professional, knowledgeable and so unbelievably kind. They got my car in on the spot, diagnosed it quick and got me back on the road. See Claude if you have a European or any import! Rob also helped break everything down for me so it was easily understood what was happening and what I needed to do! Love this place!
