Contrary to what may seem to be the majority. I can honestly say I received 5 star service. I spoke with a guy named Ethan Graham, and let’s just say he was exceptional. He not only helped solve my problem. But he also gave me pointers in regard to money and in general. Not to mention he squeezed me in last minute. He could’ve easily said ‘come back tomorrow’. Instead he didn’t, he rendered me assistance. The totality of it was seamless. This is my first ever google review. I hope this helps.

Please do not bank with them first off my check was cashed they try say it was fake after I called in verify after I got check they continue to ask me about why I have all this money in why I keep buying stuff why tf you worried about what I’m buying I then been to this bank over 10 12 times they continue to disable my card after I confirm my stuff I will be taking all my funds out this bank just awful sick I will be calling my lawyer because this is harassment ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

I was paid by my boss with checks I deposited it in my account through my mobile banking and here it is 2 weeks later and no money and they blocked my online access and card. They keep saying they are waiting for some response but it was already taken outta her bank and paid to me. This is so unprofessional and they never have a answer but I will email them. They say the only way they can get ahold of them through a email no number no other way. Something just doesn't add up..

This was my 2nd time visiting this branch, but I go to an M&T Bank EVERY Friday and do the exact same transaction as I did here at 4:40pm today! I told the gentleman at the commercial banking window that I wanted to cash my paycheck and then deposit the majority of the CASH in my account so it will be available immediately. I specifically stated that I wanted my cash back in all twenties and a ten. First he tells me that I can't do it because the check (my paycheck) wasn't written to me! After some deliberation he admitted his mistake and disappeared into the back area where he stayed for a painfully long time before returning with my money and receipt. He handed it to me then disappeared again. When I count my money I find he included fifty's!!! I live in Baltimore where most stores can't break anything higher than a twenty for fear of robbery. I asked for twenties to avoid such a situation. I waited for him to come back to the window so I could get him to fix his mistake, but he didn't come after 5 minutes so I left rather than get back in line for the other teller. I've been an account holder here since 2017, but it won't take too many experiences like this one to have me go elsewhere and if I open any new/additional accounts: I'll give another institution a chance.

I was really had a hard time trying to get in touch with this bank via telephone and I went inside to speak to someone face to face. The customer service was impeccable and Ethan Graham (banker) was very helpful and helped me with everything.

So there’s supposedly a coin shortage… that’s either false information or it’s not as bad as banks and other businesses claim it is. I attempted to deposit some coins to my account because I needed to pay a bill that’s due today. Most of what I had was rolled up but some were not. I wouldn’t normally bring unrolled coins to the bank, however it is urgent that I get this bill paid. The teller would not accept the unrolled coins, leading to me not depositing any of the coins. They told me to wait until I had enough coins to make a roll. My electricity is due to get shut off tomorrow morning. Because of the teller wanting to be picky my son and I will be in the dark in less than 24 hours.

Awful bank. They wanted me to pay 6 $ for a money order! I am going to Walmart. I ordered the checks I needed from them too. God knows how much are they going to charge me for the checks.Last time I checked money doesn't grow in trees. You will think that they would help people during the pandemic.

This is the SLOWEST bank I’ve ever been to... They kept telling me it would be a few minutes and I waited for about an hour and never really spoke to a banker... I finally got frustrated and just went to a for a quick withdrawal and Marketia the teller was prompt fantastic and went above and beyond the only redeeming thing about this snails pace bank... It was suggested by a banker I might be better off calling the number on the back of the card before I made the decision to give up on talking to someone... I was the only person waiting just to preface that as well...
