Winnie has been doing my pedicures and eyebrows since i was a teenager. She always does an amazing job. I ONLY allow her to do my services. She has never once messed up or had a complaint from me in the last 14-15 years. Ask for my girl!

Had a 6pm appointment I booked online. Wait 20 minutes to get in a chair. Online prices are old, they would not honor. Manicure is ok, but not great. The hunt for a new nail salon in Towson area continues.
Update - the picture is how several of my fingers look today! What the hell????

Winnie is the best, and she has great customer service. I follow her to this location from another. That is how good she is with brows and nails.The salon is upscale and very large. To be honest and glad they did move because the other place was small. So if you are looking around to a nail salon this is the place. I hope to see you there.

Came in to get my mom a pedicure she is a older women told them what I was getting for her and they seemed upset to work never had a problem before until now but will be finding someone else to give my money too that wants to work. Why work at a place if you don't want to do the work. Other than that never had a issue with them besides they want to rush you and if I'm spending $55 I want the experience.

I been going to Nails Pro for over 10 years. They are very professional and treat all guest with respect. My girl Winnie is hands down the best in the Loch Raven area when it comes to satisfying her customer needs. Nails , pedicures , eyebrows she going get you right every time. You will not leave disappointed when being a customer of Winnie’s!

Wanted to do something out of the ordinary, so I took my little ladies for a nail day! Steven is GREAT with small kids, and my youngest loved him. Cece did great work on my oldest (I have to stress here they the uneven nails are because she's a nail biter and no reflection on the tech, lol). Julie is super patient and funny! She got my eyebrows straightened out too. Will definitely be coming back!
