Love the store and inventory Been shopping there for decades however environment a little too judgy . A nice girl help me picked out some perfume that was 150 my mom allows me to use her Nordstrom card and that’s when the show started. The manager came over and said nope you can’t use it and I understand policy but I have did it plenty of times and my moms gives me her id and card and lets me . Their should be away to add a shopper for the day on the card to avoid this I really wanted the associate to get the commission but will purchase elsewhere I don’t like to be treated like a criminal and I was embarrassed. I was told text app and get temporary card which my mom did and sent to me and I still could not use

If you need a suit or men’s formal wear, find Bruce. Superb quality of service and excellent taste with clothing. He made the whole process quick and easy. We will definitely be back.

Tried to buy 135 belt from Nordstrom I found in open area...took to reg she rang up then said it was part of anniversary merch and I could not buy until tomorrow...I told her I am not asking for discount can I buy reg price and she said no...no wonder Amazon is taking over.

Selection was light in the store but the rack portion was filled. It was just so very hot in the rack store. Staff were very helpful.

It was so hot in this store today! Why was it 70+ degrees in there? It was so hard to focus on what I need to shop for, and I was so uncomfortable.

Customer service was excellent. There was low stock in the items I wanted, so I purchased what was there and had the opportunity to purchase through the store for additional quantities. I received the items 3 days earlier than expected.

Standing in the line at the Rack for 30 mins, meanwhile other levels of Nordstrom have plenty of registers open with the cashiers just chitchatting but we can’t utilize those registers? What a waste of resources.

If you are looking to get hooked up with a men’s suit - see Bruce. He is so kind and patient, he will make sure he tries on as many jackets as needed to get you the best look. He will even teach you to tie a tie and has no judgement .

Tired after a strenuous day at work, I chose to pamper myself with an exciting new fragrance from Nordstrom. Courtesy of Sandra S's guidance, I managed to select the ideal scent that met all my expectations. What impressed me even more was her remarkable proficiency regarding male fragrances and her dedication towards ensuring complete client satisfaction.
