ALERT In the receipt, it said "easy return" but the fact is 100% not. I bought 2 pair of glasses WITHOUT OPENING OR USING them. In about a week, I came back to return them. The man was pretty nice and professional. It literally took him for about 15, 20 minutes to check if there is anything wrong with each glasses. At first, he kept refusing to let me return one of glasses I bought due to the damages (one side higher than another side). He even told me to go to different stores asking for return on that one. But somehow he did let me return both of them at the end.Therefore, be aware if you buy anything from this store and later you decide to return some, they say they have the right to refuse for a return!

I bought two rayban sunglasses, I didn’t notice at their store that one of them has severe scratches on side arm, looks like they sold me used one or may be returned product. I am trying to contact the store but no one picks call and their website doesn’t deal products that are bought from store. I have shared the condition of my newly bought glasses and my receipt for the reference.I would never recommend sunglasses hut, such a poor customer service.

I purchased a pair of versace sunglasses online for about $330. They gave me options on how I wanted it to be shipped and I choose to pick it up in store because they said they had the product at this location. They then sent me an email that said your order will be ready in 2 hours, wait for another email to tell you when there ready. This was May 29, 2021. Two hours go past no email, I'm like ok no problem I'll just pick it up tomorrow since I have to go to the mall anyway to pickup another order from Pandora. Excepting them to send me a email sometime through out this day to say my stuff ready for pickup. So a whole day went past and no email. Now I'm on my way to the store, in that process I finally received a email saying your order is on its way, being shipped out now. I'm lost now, I gets to the store and tells the nice lady at the front desk that Im here to pickup a online order. She looks up my order number and says I don't see you in my system. She then begins to make a call to see what happened, to find out that my order was rejected by the store computer I guess and sent back to the warehouse to be shipped. The lady is confused more then I am now because they have the product in store, so she then ask the lady on the phone since we do have that item in the store can I give it to him and closeout this order. Whoever was on the other end of that phone told her no he has to wait for the shipment. So at this point I'm getting mad, I processed to call customer service but they were close. So I waited to call today May 31, 2021. Right off the back I need to speak to a supervisor because I have multiple problems. I tell the supervisor what happened, he then tell me about a fine print at the bottom when I purchased the item that said if the store rejects the order because they don't have it that it was go back to shipping status. Ok I get all that, but when I purchased the item yall said it was available at this store, not to mention I went to the store I seen the item in the store and the lady at the store said they have it. He then say we'll I can't do nothing about what happened in the store and I don't know why they didn't give you the product if they had it. So I then say I just want to cancel my order at this point and get my money back. He then say he can't cancel my order because it's to far in process. Tells me I have to wait until the shipment arrives at the store then I have to send it back. What??? So you telling me I'm out of my money and my sunglasses for like a week? He then tells me I can write a complaint that's the best he can do! I'm no longer mad, I am beyond angry ? I need to speak to the general manager asap. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had in my life! Never again!

I have bought many pairs of glasses over they years, and always very pleased with their service and quality. Recently had to return a pair I purchased out of state. It was a complicated return (my fault), but Jenna worked super hard to get it done for me. She made multiple calls and never made me feel like an annoyance. I really appreciated her great customer service and will be back again to buy a replacement pair. :-)
