I received a large box of the assorted meats for a gift. The quality of the filets were probably some of the worst I’ve ever had. The burgers were also bad quality, high fat content in my opinion. I have to say I have high standards for meat quality & these do not come close to what I would expect for the prices they charge. I would not recommend them.

Just glancing through your steak selection and I see you are trying to pass your American Wagyu off as Japanese Wagyu. You have to select "more description" twice before you label what type of wagyu it is. Pretty cheap dude.

I placed an order to ship filet mignon steaks to my son in time for Christmas.I was charged a premium for shipment in order to assure delivery before Christmas.The shipment arrived in time however it contained hot dogs rather than filet mignon. Multiple attempts to speak with their customer service people proved fruitless due to endless hold times. I ended up communicating the issue to them via email. They refunded part of the charge for the steaks, not the full amount they actually charge for steaks and would not refind the expedited freight charges at all. I have requested to get a phoone number for a supervisor to discuss the matter and there has been no response to that request. I can understand that mistakes were made packing the wrong item just before Christmas what I will not forgive is the unwillingness to return full credit and the lack of ability to actually speak with anyone. Extremely poor customer service. I recommend using Gold Belly, Allen Brothers or Snake River Farms. I have had flawless experiences with all of these companies.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Customer service is almost non-existent. My order was totally different than what I had paid for. No scalloped potatoes, no free extra burgers and we got different (lower) quality steaks. This was a bait and switch scam. Items were to be a Christmas present and when I tried to return it, they continually put me off with repeated emails and promises to make things right. They finally offered me a $25 gift card which means I would have to purchase more items from them to use it. Lesson learned. Don't make the same mistake I did, contact your local butcher for a much better deal with much better quality.

Placed an order on December 17th delivery was to be December 22nd today is December 26th and still no order I called to say what is going on and now the order can't arrive until possibly January 3rd or fourth well that really sucks don't make promises you can't keep And when you call they are of no help whatsoever

Don't order from this company unless you want daily phone calls trying to sell you more. I've blocked dozens of their phone numbers and they keep calling from new numbers.

great product but these people will nag you to death after the purchase even though i have twice on the phone and once on web site requested to be unsubscribed. I will seek other companies from now on who wont hound me to death. Omaha Steaks are good but not that good.

Was gifted Sheppard pie dinner. I was not impressed. Had very little meat and was muscle. Very little vegetables. Not any better thanBanquet tv dinner.

I had to wait 20 minutes due to the 3 employees not knowing how to ring up a customer properly and the store at max capacity of 2 customers. When I did enter and state what I needed, the staff was prompt. However, she went and rang me up on the register where another person was instead of using a vacant register, which made it hard to social distance. After receiving my receipt, it said you saved 49%, which was odd when everything in the store was supposed to be 50% off. When I asked the staff they had no clue of the store promotion and it wasn't' worth the $1 that the sale was off. If you go to this location, make sure to take all ads with you so you aren't overcharged. Also, to the store manager, why were their 3 staff members when only 2 customers can be in the store at a time? The one staff member was sitting and doing nothing the whole time I waited and was in the store.
