I have used PARS Auto Service for almost 10 years! I know when I bring my vehicle in for repairs, they are going to treat me good! They are always SUPER courteous, great with communication and I have to say, I NEVER feel taken advantage of as a female bringing my car into their auto shop. They explain everything in detail and never over charge. In fact, when I thought I needed a particular service in the past, they informed me it was not needed. Not your typical auto repair shop. This Father and Son duo are amazing! Thank you for keeping my vehicle safe!

This man is a scammer. he was paid $3000 to fix my car. the engine light was on when I picked my vehicle up. he refused to correct the issue. he comes off as nice, he was totally rude and disrespectful when questioned about his work. i would not refer him to anyone

The entire team over at Pars Auto Service went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and easy. Hats off and a special Thank You to Sahand who took his time to really explain and help me understand the important details about my vehicle. This place is the best for foreign cars hands down. Pricing is reasonable and they will never upsell you on any service you do not need. These guys are honest and are good at what they do I will never take my benz back to the dealership unless its something they say they cannot do but they do which is rare.

I was referred to this place by my brother who swore that this was the best place to go. I had to get back brakes and sensors. Not only did I love this place, I talked about this place after I left and told all my family and friends how accommodating nice and honest this family establishment is. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that has car trouble and wants to get an honest opinion and get it fixed right by great guys who know what they're doing. They gave me a an honest price and a job that was well done. I will be back. ?. Thank you again.

Best Baltimore area car mechanics hands down. We've been customers for decades for our Toyota, Subarus, Mercedes. Pars is honest, very reasonably priced, super competent, and never tries to sell us on unnecessary repairs. We have never had to get any Pars repair looked at twice. We absolutely trust them.

Excellent service! I took my car to them because my brakes were making noises! They couldve just charged me and fixed the brakes because i thought it needed fixing but they told me the brakes were fine and didnt charge me to check them out. Now i know i can trust them to do what really needs to be done with my cars!
