I went to use the ATM today in a hurry. I select withdrawal and the ATM returns my card, makes a shuffling noise, then tells me to have a nice day. I go in and immediately inform the worker at the desk who quietly says “oh yeah that happens all the time, we’ll have to get someone to look at that.” And then offers no further solution. I say that I would like to address it while I’m here and not find out later if my account has been deducted. He again dismisses it with a blasé attitude then proceeds to get up in the middle of me speaking, walk across the room, and go behind the counter to begin helping another customer. The worker seemed extremely young, timid, and inexperienced, but adopting a soft persona doesn’t absolve one from social standards and common decency. It is far more pertinent to have a sense of concern and urgency, and to offer meaningful solutions than to downplay an error while trying to normalize it. If this is a common issue with the atm at this location then the remedy should be simple as well. If it was out of that worker’s ability to solve he should have immediately flagged over a manager to address it, yet instead walked off because he didn’t want to be bothered.

super unhelpful every time I have been here. Always redirect me to use an app or call a phone line instead of bothering to help me in person

Terrible customer service. All I wanted to do was put something in my safe deposit box. Went up to the lone teller and he told me I had to wait because he was working on some deposits. And then told me if I wanted to come back another time that would be good. Then, the woman who helped me get my box was extremely rude as if I was bothering her. No pleasantries whatsoever. She told me to remember my box number for the next time.

I went to cash a check this morning. And with my check facing down and ready for me to sign, i asked to borrow a pen. The teller in an inconvienenced voice said there are pens behind you on the table. So i stated you don't have one here , so I'll inconvience myself and go get one. With that, she handed me one from her jar, not the one in her hand. I used it for the signature and put it back down in front of her. Then she repicked it up and moved it and said putting it here is fine with the sounds of rudeness and controlling uncostomary service.attitude.
