Elan was fantastic because I have small rolling veins. He was very gentle and I hardly felt the needle. He was the best phlebotomist I have ever been treated by. He should train others. I love all the staff at the Towson location and that’s the only location I use.

No one staffs the front desk, came to drop off a sample and had to check in and wait as if I had an appointment. Absolutely ridiculous

The check- in machine is very easy to use. It has clear instructions.
I drove a bit further from my home to use your facility because it is
always, clean and has smiling faces on everyone!

Every time I come here, always a pleasant experience, no complaints. Setting up an appointment is very easy and I like that they have a large range of time slots to choose from and the express check in from the kiosk is seamless. Meeka was as pleasant as can be😊!!!

Rachel who took my blood 🩸 was extremely professional and empathetic to my fear of getting blood drawn. She not only took her time making sure she had the right vein but she made the blood draw painless and I didn’t feel any prick. Later, after I removed my bandage there was just a tiny red mark with no bruise or discoloration. Her coworker who took my information was extremely helpful and friendly. I usually have issues with giving blood as I am phobic and sometimes faint or vomit. Not this time. Last time I was at Quest in 2016, I also had a good experience. Thank you so much 😊

I have been to Quest 3 times and I get the same results; waited on immediately, very friendly staff, and out the door in less than 10 minutes. Great place to go for procedures.

They used to have a person welcome and greet you but not any more we have to do all the sign in and work to register. This takes time and if someone is ahead of you then forget the time that you have booked.This was all done just to save some money and some seniors have trouble registering and need someone to help them but no one is there. Also shame on you for making someone lose their job!!

The staff here made all the difference! I had to stay for 2 hours for a glucose monitoring test and Phyllis was absolutely delightful and kind to me. Since I was there for a couple hours I was killing time working on my laptop in the waiting room and I saw her go above and beyond to make sure everyone was able to check in, she was very patient and sweet with everyone who walked in the door. Amazing customer service and my best experience at a Quest location.
