Though rainbow in Towson Town Center selection of casual clothes seem nice the choice in music is a huge turnoff especially if children are in the store.
A cleaner version of rap playing is very much needed. Or just don’t play rap music at all as not everyone likes it or want to hear rap music.

Despite the preconceived notions that the Rainbow franchise holds, I was able to receive attentive, personalized care without having to argue or step outside myself.
STORE CREDIT/RETURNS:
A week or so earlier, I had gone to the store to return an item, but the receipt was now hard to read and smudged. I was concerned they would deny my request for a store credit and turn me away, but the store manager went above and beyond my expectations. She persistently contacted her superior twice until she reached a solution that was favorable for me. When I stop by the mall on the lower level I think up always smile remembering this experience.
My only note of improvement is on rainbow corporate side - please get better receipts that don’t smudge or an automatic system that pulls up store credit when you enter your phone number.
The customer service is 10/10

I’ve been shopping at this location for the past two years on a monthly basis. Today I entered the store at 5:47 PM after noticing a dress in the storefront. As I entered I wasn’t greeted, yet told “we close on 3mins” by a middle aged store attendant. I asked “3mins?” while looking at the time on my phone after I noticing the hours on the door were until 6pm.
Trust me when I say I won’t be back to shop at this location nor any other Rainbow store since this is the HORRIBLE work ethic allowed by the company of it’s employees.

Rude staff. I spoke twice to the girl that was at the front door until she decided to say hi. The girl at the register with braids was very rude. Didn’t say hello And she had a very nasty attitude I would never go to this rainbow and I’ll tell everybody I know not to go to the location as well

So I’m giving them a 3 star today because i went in brought some stuff i tried the stuff on took it back to get a different size had to go to another mall to pick up shoes........i got to the other mall and realized i didn’t have my credit card so i assumed i left it at rainbow because that was the last place i used it.........i called the store 7 times and got no answer so i started going to my car to go back to the store and lord only knows my card was in my car on the floor thank god for that because i don’t think this rainbow own a phone

The customer service gave me LIFFFFFFE????The new rainbow on goucher blvd is AMAZING THE VIBE FROM THE EMPLOYEES WAS SIMPLY AWESOME THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL,KIND, HELPFUL AND THE STORE WAS VERY WELL ORGANIZED ?it was just opening but those ladies were in there working hard yet pleasant enough to stop and help you VERY GOOD CHOICE OF THE EMPLOYEES PLACED TOGETHER THEY VIBES VERY WELL AND THE MANAGER THE LADY OF AFRICAN DESENT WAS FANTASTIC LOVE THIS STORE AND THIS WILL BE MY ONLY RAINBOW LOCATION KUDOS TO ALL THE LADIES THAT WERE THERE ON WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY A.m you ladies rock and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED?????
