I placed an order in early December and never received a confirmation email. However, my bank account was charged. I contacted the store and was told their website is not working and I should visit the store to pick up my items. However, I have no order number or any receipt to confirm my purchase. I’ve contacted my bank. Accordingly. I was told by employee who answered the phone at the Raven zone that someone would contact me in reference to my order. Not holding my breath so I’ve gone ahead and placed an order on another online store, hoping to receive items before Christmas.

Friendly staff. Music was a little loud at register check out. Not a huge supply of authentic ravens apparel. The bag I purchased for todays game looks a bit used and dingy to be brand new.

Ordered 2 shirts which were not correct. The Zone exchanged them immediately. The replacement shirts are perfect.

We went here looking for Ravens gear as my son is a huge fan. It calls themselves a ‘superstore’, more like a boutique. It’s combined with a CBD business and as soon as you walk in it smells like cannabis - completely turned us off. Very little selection and it looks like the leftovers from unwanted merchandise. Don’t waste your time

Wanted a couple of Justin Tucker hoodies to give to kids at a family gathering. The online stuff wouldn't arrive in time, so I tried this store. They didn't have them in stock, so they custom printed them while I waited. The price was reasonable and the staffers were very pleasant while I waited. [No, I didn't buy any CBD products. To each his own.]

This store is awesome! My friend is visiting from Massachusetts for the Cincinnati game Sunday night and we were both looking for new gear to wear for the game. We went to another store in Dundalk and we didn't find much of anything and the prices were outrageous for many of their items. We decided to stop at the Ravens Zone on our way to dinner in Owings Mills. It was a bit confusing when we arrived as the store front seemed more like a cbd store but we went in to check it out & we are so glad we did. We started talking to a few guys in the store and when the one guy turned around to face us we realized he was wearinga Bengals sweatshirt. We immediately started messing with them. It was fun!! We found they have seats close to ours so that'll be fun on Sunday too! They have a great selection of accessories to choose from. We both got custom made shirts exactly how we wanted them. They even helped me decide what looked better on the shirt I picked out. They had some nice Ravens leggings that were decently priced at around $25, and they were of good quality. Any I've seen online were at least twice that amount. My friend also found a bunch of Ray Lewis t-shirts on the sales rack and I think bought them all, sorry any Ray Lewis fans out there, lol.We also picked up a few yummy gummies while we there.If you want anything personalized this is the store to go to!! Thanks Ken & staff. Warning: I will be back!!!

First off, I was confused when I got to the location. The Ravens Zone is also a CBD supplier. The store is literally divided in half when you walk in, the left is for CBD and the right is for Ravens merchandise. When I walked into the store (9/24/22 about 12pm) the two associates behind the desk were talking to a customer, complaining about working at Amazon warehouses. No one acknowledged me while I browsed the limited merchandise. I guess they specialize in custom orders, on the racks are different styles of blank shirts that they can customize. I was looking for women’s Ravens shirts that were already designed. They have very limited regular team apparel. Ravens closet would be a more appropriate name. I left there and went to Baltimore Sports & Novelty in Owings Mills, where I was greeted immediately and had plenty of variety in Ravens and Orioles gear.
