For Hot Pot to be right across the street and $70 less per person that's all you can eat idky people go here. It's so expensive and all that stuff they serve could easily be bought and cooked in bulk for the same price per person. It's like fine. But imo you're paying WAAAAY too much for what's offered. Anyway I did love or waiter, he was funny and charismatic and we were checked on by managers which doesn't happen often so that was nice. They accommodated for one of my party members inability to walk up stairs. They also had vegan options, including vegan cheese!Vegetarian options: Vegan cheese, one vegan entree option, and vegan chocolate

Loved our meal and our server was fantastic. Lots of fun too. Decor is dated and could use a redo but I'd go back even if they don't update! I find myself thinking often of the loaded potato fondue and the chocolate with caramel and candied nuts dessert fondue. All delicious ?

We have been dining at the MP for over 20 yrs. Your server can make or break your experience and we were thrilled with Daniel this evening. I also want to thank management for allowing our 2 top to sit at a 2 burner table. This allows us to get both a grill and a cooking pot to create the food exactly how we want it. The teriyaki steak and lobster are always a must ! I was amazed at how quick our courses came out. We do dine smart and had a 5pm reservation you can’t expect to come at 7or 8 in the middle of peak dinner service and get the same experience. Looking forward to our next visit already !

Well, dang, this was just okay for us. It seems to be an overpriced experience that is no longer as novel as it used to be. We wanted to love it, but at this price point, it fell short. We tried two cheesy apps, one siee salad, and three entrees for this birthday party of four, plus two cocktails, 1 mocktail, and 1 soda. Total bill with tip was $245. Too pricey and not upscale enough for the taste of this cook-it-yourself lunch. There was nothing that tasted BAD; it was just meh. Service was decent and nice. Cleanliness seemed fine. The layout of the restaurant was a little twisty-turney and poorly lit, but the booth was fine. If it was priced lower, I could muster up a four-start review, but as is, it is a 3+.

I can't rave enough about how amazing Zack was! He was great with us and our children! He was always very prompt and anticipated what we may need or want next amazingly! I definitely recommend this melting pot! Ask for Zack, especially if you have littles! This location was very clean, quality food, and great service.

This is my first time trying the melting pot franchise and I’m very satisfied. I didn’t realize they also offer entree selections. Aside from the good food, our server Daniel was exceptional! I was a bit overwhelmed with the selection but he explained everything and he was very patient. Because of his customer service, we had a very pleasant experience and we’ll definitely return to this location.

Good and service were fantastic. The menu was well marked with dietary restrictions. Great atmosphere and a good date night place. A little expensive but definitely worth it!Dietary restrictions: Great GF alternatives.Parking: Plenty of parking garages around but nothing right next to the restaurant.

We came here to celebrate a delayed valentines dinner. The food was great, no complaints. Unfortunately make sure you have a whole evening free to go! We were seated around 5:15 and it felt like we were forgotten about. We waited 1.5hr just to transition from the cheese to the main dish. At the end of the meal we had to go and look for someone to get us the check after we had already been there for 3 hours! The staff were very apologetic as we had our 9 month old there with us who was the one who became very impatient with the slow service. We love the melting pot and it's unfortunate that we couldn't fully enjoy our experience this time around. Hopefully in the future we can have better service!

Food was delicious and our server was outstanding. Only suggestion for improvement would be to add more burners to dining tables to cut down on the wait time for cooking meals. This would be also helpful for guests with food allergies who require their food to be cooked separately. Or perhaps staff could inform guests of available cooking options ahead of time. Enjoyable dining experience overall.

Night started out great but once it was time for checks it went down. Added on extra items that were ordered but never received and took over a half an hour for the manager and our waiter to fix.

We go annually to the Melting pot. Who doesn't love dipping everything in chocolate and cheese. So good.

We had a party of 7 come in the day before Valentine's Day. The kitchen was slow but our server Lauren was wonderful! She was kind and transparent about the wait. She really made the experience that much better. Thank you! ?P.S. management should provide containers so we can take home leftover broth!
