New management responds promptly to requests and communicate well with residents but they also made some unfavorable changes. They took away the free visitors and temporary parking passes we had, which made it so inconvenient to have anyone visit, unless you’re ready to pay. My overall experience was ok.

UNSAFE COMPLEX, RUDE STAFF, CARS BROKEN INTO
Don’t move here. This place does not care about you. The apartment above mine had a water leak in December and they took over 3 months to fix it. They would not put me somewhere else during repairs. Pictures of the conditions I had to live in for weeks (including Christmas and New Years) are attached.
The staff is incredibly rude.
I honestly was better treated at my previous Baltimore city apartment. I felt safer there too.
You can’t call them, only text and they don’t answer half the time.
Guest parking used to be free and just recently changed to $12 a day.
They sold the pool table, a featured amenity, with no intent to replace it because “the new design doesn’t allow one”.
Things (that are supposedly included in the rent) are CONSTANTLY closed and under construction.
They downsized the water heaters to cheaper ones so now the water only stays warm for 10 min.
Maintenance enters your apartment whenever they want, even if you tell them they can only enter when you are home. I watched them go through my stuff and throw things around through my security camera while I was at work.
They make you pay monthly for trash pick up and now they say they will fine us if we leave the trash outside in the area for them to pick up…..
All doors to the garage are completely broken and unlocked, meaning anyone can enter from off the street at any time of day. There were two cars that were broken into this week in the apartment garage that they are doing nothing about. I’ve entered at least 10 maintenance requests for the broken doors/locks. Maintenance just changes the request to “complete” without doing anything. I’ve attached pictures of the broken door (stair 5 picture).
The staff is clearly more interested in renovating their workplace to the way THEY want it without considering that people live here.
Only move here if you’re interested in being treated like trash, smelling trash, and having your car broken into in the garage they make you pay for.

This place is a damn joke! How do you get a hold of anyone? Even the emergency work order number goes to voicemail. Ridiculous!!!!!

This place severely lacks customer service for future and current residents. I had been looking for somewhere to live in the area and was not able to come in person due to living far away. I’ve tried every possible way to speak to someone on the phone including calling every phone number I could find online, using their text line where I asked them many times to call me, emailing them, and leaving voicemails on their phone. I never received call backs even after being assured multiple times I would receive a call that day on the text line. For someone moving from out of state the lack of communication/lack of customer service has made this process so much more stressful.

The worse experience I ever had on a tour of an apartment. I never got to see the apartment! Halle the leasing agent is the worse. She sent me to an apartment where the code didn’t work. She said it may not before I went but gave me her number in the event it didn’t and said I should text her. Well, I did and she never responded. Left me standing in front of the apartment door until I had enough and simply left??♂️

I had an appointment scheduled for a tour and when I showed up the leasing office was closed. I called several time just to get directed to automated messages. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

I wouldn’t move back if it was free and I was homeless for one the fire alarm goes off constantly for two the people the works in the rental office are huge liars every scene udr took over it been a mess I glad I am out here and I been here 8 years

I have been living here at the Quarters for almost six years and I can’t believe the reviews I am seeing since living here the leasing office to maintenance have been nothing but nice to me and my home I love it .If you are looking to move here don’t let some negativity discourage you see for yourself..Positive experiences for me and Thomas is my married name…Hawkins

This complex is infested with mice. Not only just in units but in common areas and in the parking garage. Stayed here on a short 8 month lease and I am so glad I didn’t do the full 12 month lease. Do not plan on living here if you are not a fan of rodents.

Where do I begin, my experience was wonderful the staff was so helpful and patient with me . Before I moved here I saw the reviews and I said to my self most of the time we have to experience it for our self . So far so good I love my home no issues at all my grand babies visit and love nana new home what they call me I want to thank you guys the staff was awesome .
