I like this location. It’s kinda crammed but they do fit a lot in. They have a good women’s clothing, beauty, jewelry, and purse selection. I feel like their housewares section is smaller than most but there’s a Home Goods across the street if you do need something.

I have been going to this TJ Maxx for years and it's always been a good experience. I just wanted to give a shout out to the lovely young woman on register 2 this afternoon. Instead of using my TJ Maxx credit card I mistakenly used another card and a rewards credit was added as well. Although the associate was fairly new to the job, and it took awhile to figure out how to refund the $ to the bank card and redo the entire transaction with the TJ Maxx card as well as applying the reward, she remained pleasant and didn't stress at all through the entire procedure. She even took the time to make me feel better! Thanks so very much. You made my afternoon! 😊♥️

I love TJX so much I literally visit on a daily but they do NOTHING with the grab and dashers and it has become such a scary experience. So these are my tips for literally surviving this specific TJX location because these grab and dashers will literally shove you on their way out.
1.) After you pay and are checked out, SLOWLY make your way out to the door. If you notice someone by the door waiting or slowing down their pace kinda waiting for the paying customers so they can make their way out together, let them go first because they have likely stolen something and hid it and are waiting for multiple people to leave at the same time so when the sensors go off they can leave and you the paying customer will obviously stay back because you want to make sure a sensor wasn’t mistakenly left on a clothing etc.
My last experience was last night 5.25.25 when a woman in blue shorts and pushing a stroller literally shoved things in her bottom & was holding her back while pushing the stroller with the other hand, She was very suspicious so I let her walk ahead of me and sure enough she set off the sensors & proceeded to casually walk to her car shown in the picture attached to this review.
Another rainy night a man in a hoodie literally ran in and ran out grabbing who knows what and I was just about to walk out the door when he zoomed past me and hadn’t I used my very handy tip of slowing down after paying literally like being on a crosswalk look ahead, right, left then proceed while letting those in a hurry to go he would’ve literally shoved me to the ground with his rush to run out.
Get security for this location because they will hurt customers one day & It’s ruining the wonderful shopping experience I and I’m sure others have come to enjoy. Costco, Marshalls, Walmart, all have security why won’t you?

Absolutely awful experience today at TJ Maxx. The woman at the jewelry counter acted like it was an inconvenience to show jewelry in the case. She was so rude and even raised her voice at me when I asked if I could set a fragile item down on the counter. After I bought a bracelet, she literally threw it in the jewelry box and explained that I had 30 days to return it and went into detail about how I had to leave the tag on to return it even though I didn’t ask about returns at all. It was a $20 bracelet, not substantial enough to cause alarm.
I didn’t do anything to warrant this treatment. I asked to see one bracelet and purchased it.
At checkout, another woman who was on the register yelled and crossed her arms at me in an X like I didn’t speak English ?♀️ saying “NO, THIS LINE IS CLOSED” even though I hadn’t even walked towards her. I was just looking at her because she was at the register directly in front of me. The light for her register was on; but I waited until the register # was called. There was no reason for her to yell when I hadn’t done anything other than exist.
I politely mentioned these employees yelling at me to a coordinator and he laughed it off rather than taking the situation seriously. I think it’s entirely reasonable to not want to be yelled at by store associates.

I had to ask for assistance and the lady who waited on me seem a little short with me but she warned up after I had a no fizs purchase, meaning she needs to do a lot.

5 stars because it's TJMaxx, no matter which location you go to, you're home also there's a Marshall's right around the corner, like what more could you ask for! The store itself is is in a funky elongated/diagonal layout, which is interesting and I'm fine with that. When you're in the back of the store by the home goods section, it's quiet and desolate just how I like it when I'm shopping, unbothered. The employees are nice, I haven't experienced any inconvenience yet. The products are good and the shelves are stocked. Live, laugh, love, TJMaxx.
