I want to give a huge shoutout to Latisha at the post office for her outstanding customer service. From the moment I stepped up to the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a genuinely positive attitude that instantly made the experience better. Even though it was a busy day with a long line behind me, Latisha remained calm, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
I had a few questions about shipping options, and she patiently explained each one, making sure I understood the delivery times and costs. She even helped me properly package my item to avoid any issues in transit, which I really appreciated. It’s clear that she takes pride in her work and truly cares about the people she’s helping.
What stood out most was her professionalism combined with a personal touch—it’s not every day you encounter someone who can manage their job so smoothly while also making customers feel seen and valued. Latisha is a true example of excellent service, and I hope her hard work gets recognized because it absolutely makes a difference.
Thank you, Latisha, for turning what could’ve been a stressful errand into such a pleasant and efficient experience. The post office is lucky to have you!

Absolutely wonderful post office branch. They deserve their five-star rating!. I've been to this branch hundreds of times and never received anything but the best service. The customers tend to be nicer too, partly because they know they are at a branch that cares.

The lady at the desk was pretty nice. ?? Not giving agitation or anything. But did try to scoot me to the side assuming I was not ready when I definitely was so.. ?

tried to call the store to get help with my package, the automated voice answering machine would say sorry and hang-up on me every time i would try to get a person to talk to. i have tried 6 different ways to just talk to a person.

I took a package to this location & it was shipped on January 6th, today is now January the 20th & the recipient has yet to receive their package, this was my 1st time using this particular location & I think it will be my last, I've never had this problem with any other USPS location.

So, according to the woman with an attitude, the USPS does not print out shipping labels with tracking numbers. That’s absolutely ridiculous. So I suppose I’m stuck using overpriced UPS. Thanks for nothing.

After having terrible problems with multiple different locations in the 21212 vicinity, I found that it’s worth going a wee bit out of the way to go here. Many times I’ve had item go “missing” & never delivered-always cards. Apparently postal workers help themselves in hopes of finding $ & gift cards. Don’t tell me it’s not an inside job because I ALWAYS take the items TO THE ACTUAL POST OFFICE and not just drop it into a blue box. It’s very sad that the integrity of the employees is so low that for years this has been a problem that only gets worse. Thankfully this location has been a joy & every item sent has arrived promptly and in tact!!!
