The store’s visual presentation was absolutely stunning. Every wall and display told a unique story and was beautifully accessorized with attention to detail. The customer service was equally impressive we were warmly greeted upon entering, and the stylist checked in with us to ensure we were having a great experience throughout our visit.

Had to buy a dress here as an emergency situation for my daughter‘s prom because her dress had not been delivered for the event which was the next day.Although the staff at the store was super helpful and super nice the return policy is crap. I understand that people will wear a special occasion dress and try to return it. However, I purchased it and it was less than 12 hours that I tried to return it when the dress that I originally ordered was delivered in time. I was told that you cannot return a special occasion dress. But that’s all you sell basically! Not a pleasant experience. Bad customer service from the chat. And bad store policy that wasn’t even posted!
The one Star is for the customer service on this bad return policy but I would give 10 stars for the staff. They were great super nice just so nice and helpful.

My daughter usually shops at Windsor for her prom dresses but yesterday was our first time at the Towson location. It was very organized and Tria was amazing!!! She was so helpful and knew a lot of the dresses and what was available online. We will be coming back just to get her help again!

i think the girl name was yara, and she was my life saver i came in to find heels for my
birthday brunch in three days, and all i did was tell her the look i was going for and what i was gonna do to them and she helped me in less then 10 minutes by this time i was already in like 4 stores and rey cry lol

Huge thank you to Tria for assisting me with some ideas for a Valentine’s Day date night dress ware for my wife. My wife had mentioned looks she desired and Windsor had nice options that Tria helped me find. She even went out of her way to assist me with an online option from Windsor and pitched in with ideas of my dress that could complement what we found for my wife.
Thanks again Tria! We definitely know where to check first for options for upcoming events.

I stop in this store occasionally but what really made me want to leave a review was Nia. She was super sweet and made the store feel welcoming. Her positivity radiated throughout the entire store. Before I got to meet her at the register I heard her on my way in being super nice to people. Anytime I go in now I’ll look for her :)

Shopping always feels overwhelming to me. Stopped here to find a dress for a holiday party and Collin helped me find one I’m looking forward to wearing this weekend. I don’t normally wear red but Collin picked out a few that I tried on and fell in love with almost immediately. Store is organized, employees are helpful. Collin even went as far as reserving what I was looking for at another store so I could get EVERYTHING I wanted. This would be my fourth time visiting the store and each time I’ve been met with friendly team members, who did more than just unlock the fitting room but actually assisted me with getting different sizes, and looks, providing positive feedback and going the extra mile to make sure I didn’t just buy a dress but a look I could feel good about. Thanks again!

The staff were extremely rude and condescending to many patrons in the store including myself and my daughter. They act miserable like they don’t want to be at work. The store is set up cramped and filthy. I would recommend going to the Windsor in White Marsh.

Neidra was so helpful looking up dresses for us provided great advice and customer service. Store was clean and organized. We found some beautiful dresses - fun and unique for great prices. Will definitely be back!
