This location is very challenging to shop at . Sometimes you may have to order on line for product or size and when you bring the product back in for size management act as if you stole it and that number stuff is not working cause sometimes The computer can’t even find the receipt. This store definitely needs to go to paper receipts.

Hey there I went today Sunday 10/5 to the store asking for a dress to buy it for my girl and I got the worst experience with one manager at this location name Amrita, she was so rude and impolite and seems that she don’t have a respect for all her customer cause I heard some argue also from another customer inside the store it was a bad attitude from a big name like Zara then I drove my car to Costa Mesa location just to buy the dress from there even it was so far from my house, so I advise that she’s better work at grocery store instead of zara.

Worst experience with the cashier Elisa.
I was in line to do a return and also make a new purchase. When it was finally my turn, the cashier, Elisa, suddenly said, “I’m only taking customers from the other line right now,” in a really rude and dismissive tone. It was embarrassing and made me feel completely unwelcome.
On top of that, she kept yawning and giving me strange looks the whole time — just very unprofessional behavior overall. I ended up speaking with a manager and reported her because no customer should be treated like that.
Honestly, if I see this cashier again, I won’t be coming back to Zara. It’s disappointing to see someone representiny Zara with such a bad attitude.

This store is the worst clothing store I’ve ever seen, not just the worst of all Zara, but the worst of all the clothing stores on the planet. So every time when I pay for my stuff in this store, they always make the total wrong, which I have to pay more than the actual price. There was one time that they extra charged me 20 dollars and I found out on my way home on the receipt, which that made me have to go ALL THE WAY BACK TO THE STORE, AND IT’S VERY HARD TO PARK YOUR CAR THERE UNLESS YOU PAY MONEY. So that wasted like 30 minutes of my time altogether. And then when I told them about it, they didn’t even apologize and the service was really bad, the only thing they said to me was, “your $20 dollars is gonna automatically go back to your card”. I was really mad afterwards and I told them you guys should pay attention and it’s not my problem but your’s which caused me to waste my money and time. But they didn’t even seemed to care about what I said. SO GUYS IF YOU ARE READING HERE, PLEASE REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE STORE SO YOU GUYS DON’T WASTE MONEY AND TIME.🩷

Worst checkout experience ever.
The cashier said they texted me the receipt, but I never received it. I went back and asked if I could get a paper receipt, and she gave me a look with attitude—like she was exhausted just because of me. It only took 30 seconds to print the receipt :)

Zara doesn't play EDM House anymore. Don't know who bought up Zara, but this store just plays your typical American box store background music. What a waste of a Zara speaker system. The organization of this store does not exist. Clothes are everywhere, and multiple outfits are on the ground because of shoppers and employees not caring. Social shopping of America has faded away.
Days of going to a Zara to leave with 5 or 6 new House songs are gone. What a shame.

This location doesn’t value customer service. I wanted to do an even exchange on a pair of pants. I was 2 days late on the 30 day return policy and the manager didn’t want to make an exception. Zara jeans aren’t cheap. Retail companies could ALWAYS make exceptions but the manager (she) could care less. Zara please do better.

They charged me more than the amount of the items that I buy
The price is 12.90 charge me 13.90
And the that 17.90 charges 19.90
And the other one its 12.90 charge 13.90
I dont want to give a star but I just put one star so I can write my concerns

I visited the Rancho Cucamonga location with a jacket I had purchased 30 days after the in-store return policy had expired. It was clear that the jacket was defective, but they charged me for the repair anyway. Two weeks after I dropped off the jacket, I called customer care for assistance. Initially, they couldn't find my order and promised to call me with an update within 48 hours.
A month later, I went into the store to check on the status of my jacket, only to discover it was sitting in the back—though I had no idea for how long. No one had called to provide an update, and I was concerned that my garment was lost. I needed the jacket for a funeral, and I believe the store could have improved their communication significantly. Keeping me informed would have greatly reduced my stress and created a better customer experience.
