Worst customer service. I came to pick up an online order worth $300 and the sales lady brought out 2 large boxes which I wasn’t able to carry since I’m 37 weeks pregnant and already had other things in my hands. I asked if I could have 1 bag instead to make it easier to carry the things I bought (jacket, boots and scarf) The manager insisted—quite rudely—that I would still be charged for the bag. The 11-cent fee itself is not the issue; it’s the principle. I had already paid for the order online, and there was no willingness to accommodate a visibly pregnant customer, nearly at term, who was clearly struggling to carry multiple boxes back to her car.

I had a disappointing experience during my last visit. I was clearly first at the counter, but the employee ignored me and served another customer before me. The attitude felt unprofessional and unfriendly.
When I purchased a pair of boots, she didn’t put them in a box or even in a Zara fabric bag, which is something basic and expected from a brand like Zara. I only realized this after leaving the store.
The product itself is good, but the customer service needs serious improvement. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously

I would like to recognize an outstanding employee, Hafsa Begum, who assisted me during my visits to Zara on November 19th and November 20th.
I initially did not plan to ask anyone for help, but Hafsa approached me with such kindness and professionalism that I felt compelled to share this experience. Since Zara does not provide shopping carts, she personally held all the items for me—including jackets and clothing—while guiding me through the store. She walked me to the fitting room, waited outside, and each time something didn’t fit, she immediately went to find the correct size without hesitation.
I returned the next day to shop for my daughter. Even though Hafsa normally works in the women’s department, she came upstairs with me to the kids’ section and helped me all over again: finding sizes, holding items, and making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
What stands out the most is that she has only been working at Zara for a few days, yet she carries herself with the professionalism and care of someone with years of experience. Her customer service, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference.
I want to ensure that Hafsa Begum is recognized for her exceptional service. She absolutely deserves acknowledgment and appreciation.

Love this location. The staff is always eager to help me locate items that I’ve seen online. If they don’t have the items, they will let me place and online order in the store and then ship them to me. Rarely a wait for the fitting room which I have experienced at other locations. The manager is always so smiley and I usually see her greeting customers on the floor, which is rare these days. I do wish they stocked more gems from the website because Zara sizing is so random- I need to try on multiple sizes (I wouldn’t have to buy and return so much). It can get crowded during certain hours of the day but they usually open up more registers to alleviate this, which I appreciate.

stopped by during my vacation last week and had a great experience! cidney was so kind and helpful while assisting me in picking out some outfits! all the clothes were super cute and stores atmosphere was welcoming, definitely will be returning

I love shopping at Zara! The clothes are always trendy and the quality never disappoints. The store is clean and well organized and the staff are always kind and willing to help. Definitely one of my go to spots for new outfits!
