“Went there months ago for notary service and mailing. Around the side of Giant, so initially tricky for me to find, but very convenient and great customer service otherwise. (reposted, was under old acct first time)”
“Today I had a great experience visiting this post office. I was helped by Veronica who was kind, courteous and knowledgeable. If you are in the area and need to work with a nice quaint postal service, I highly recommend coming to this one.”
“Always helpful. Always professional. Nothing not to like about the staff or business. Just a great little small town post office.I've had a post office box here for years.”
“Historic building. Tiny parking lot that can be difficult to navigate. Not busy. Usually only one employee working, but rarely a line or a wait. Definitely prefer this location over the other.”
“Today I visited this post office for a passport job as per the appointment I had already made. It is not a large post office but located in a lovely place. I could feel the coziness when I entered the office, and everything looked in order. Soon I realized why the place is appealing and pleasant to visitors. Very professional, polite, and friendly staff are the backbone of every good memory you bring back with you after your job is accomplished. A gentleman who introduced himself when I asked his name as Anthony Brooks was handling all the visitors' jobs unilaterally. He was describing every single point a visitor may need to know before even they attempt to ask and was checking all documents and their contents with optimum precision and reminding them whatever needed to be added or changed. To provide a perfect job for every visitor, he had to go to the back part of their station and come back with the solution to satisfy the customers' requirements best. My job didn't take much time. However, I witnessed when he was handling other two customers' inquiries who had similar jobs ahead of me. I thought it was my commitment to let him and all dedicated individuals like him know that their devotion to their work and responsibilities are recognized. Let them know that their patience while handling customers with optimal care and respect and going above and beyond to make the jobs being carried as memorable pieces of art is getting noticed and admired. We all need to appreciate and recognize our community service providers in any positions they might serve the public. They are our community assets.”
