They are making it impossible for us to receive mail. It was like pulling teeth getting our PO box and code, and now its full of mail that isnt ours and ive been getting emails that my mail has been sent back by the post office. We had to come in with multiple forms of ID and our lease to even get the code and yet they are too incompetent to finalize the process and transfer the PO box to our name. Ive lived here for nearly 2 months and have been fighting to get my mail, still with no resolution. Beyond frustrated.

Expecting a package today according to the USPS tracking number. Didn't get it. Checked tracking, the package arrived at the Union Bridge post office early this morning and instead of being delivered, it was sent to the Myersville post office. I don't live in Myersvile. I double checked delivery address and it's correct. Not sure what Union Bridge is doing. Pay more and more for shipping, yet delivery doesn't improve at all.

The Employees are extremely Rude..She refused to Send my package off... Was Un professional..
And I witnessed her Being rude to every Customer that walked in that Post Office... She is Patronizing everyone like she is smarter than everyone, Insulting, and Disrespectful... Do not come to this Location at All Worst Experience

If I can give this a 0 I would. It is ridiculous to say the least to have lazy employees. 2 different occasions I have a package out for delivery to arrive by 6pm and it hits 5pm and now all of a sudden they don’t have access to the mailbox when ALL the mailboxes are clear or anything in front of them, and not to mention you can drive to the front of my house and put the package on the BIG PORCH. Seems like they rush to go home instead of doing their jobs. Don’t put attempted to deliver something that you clearly didn’t attempt to. I’m home all day with the door opened when I know I’m receiving a package. It’s ignorant and very unprofessional. Someone needs to do something about this.

Have had multiple occasions of them driving through the lawn, refusing to deliver mail because of a small wait due to road construction. Rude response to me inquiring on the issue to be told mail drivers aren’t paid to wait….imagine saying that to tax payers who fund this organization and pay for the service.

By far the worse post office I’ve ever dealt with, living in town of Union bridge for nearly 3-1/2 years and I never get my mail on time nor any packages. Most recently in November I ordered Christmas gift from Amazon and didn’t receive it till late January because they said they didn’t have it and Amazon had proof it was delivered there for pickup. Definitely a joke of an office and something needs done

We have never had an issue with the local UB Post Office itself. Our regular delivery person was always great but when we had replacement people they didn't know how to read the address correctly or were in too much of a hurry.. But whenever I went into the postoffice they were always so nice and so helpful..

Ordered a package which ended up delayed but tracking package according to tracking information reported package at post office ready for immediate pick up upon further arrival to pick up. Post Master said package was not there. Nor was it in . Post office box plus according to tracking it said holding at Post office per my request which is wrong I never requested it to be held period

Who leaves a message for the post office, right? Just wanted to give thanks to those at the union bridge post office who helped me out earlier today by letting me pick up a package a few minutes after they closed. Due to a screwup with Amazon it was dropped off at their location late and what was supposed to be an overnight shipment would’ve been delayed. They were kind enough to allow me to pick it up after hours as I needed it the next day. Thanks!

There the worst for not delivering packages on time and delivering to the wrong address, sarcastic and rude mail carriers are the normal. There just like everything in this town, SUCKS!

I had ordered masks for our company. In my exuberance to get them ordered I made a mistake with the zip code. We live in Frederick and the zip is 21701. I mistakenly put 21791. They got the package in Union Bridge (21791) and actually said we had moved and left no forwarding address. No. Somebody was too lazy to simply correct the zip. It said right on it Frederick, Md. Sorry for my mistake but really?

Not a bad place, it's a small post office and the post boxes are a lol different from what I have ever seen before, you use a 3 letter code to open up the boxes instead of a key...And you use the code just like you would a number combination lock.
