I had a rough start in the beginning. I was scheduled to move on 12/30/24, but because of the first driver Maurice who falsely reported I wasn't ready. Maurice came with helpers who began to place my items on the hand truck, he called them outside and was absent for over 1 and 1/2 hours. He asked if I received a phone call from the company. I received a call after about 2 hours and was told I was not ready because I had Target bags on the floor etc. I immediately got into a heated conversation with Philip in the office about not being ready and it simply wasn't true. I was rescheduled for Jan 06, 2025. I had to reconfigure my whole move because I had already surrendered my apartment. I was able to speak with the landlord and stay for the extra time.
On 1/6/2025, I was moved by Johan who was professional, personable and understanding. He is the reason I am giving the company 5 Stars. He made me feel confident, although the weather was terrible for traveling. I drove in the snow to SC and Johan delivered my furniture promptly on Wednesday 1/8/2025. Again, he and his team were very professional and efficient and operated quickly.
I wanted to be transparent with my review.
Atlas is a great company when you get a great driver!

Our experience was absolutely terrible. From the very start with the driver using the bathroom to go number two and left it dirty to them leaving their trash and food everywhere, using our personal items and freezer their food and drink….. it goes on and on. They broke our fence, and many other items. I had to go the day after to clean up their cans and trash along with toilet and sinks they dirtied. There isn’t enough room to list it all.
The company did nothing to compensate or make good on their end for the nightmare they created and we paid a large amount of money. I have n sent the photos to them and all the complaints as they happened.
Please do yourself a favor and pick another moving company to help you. I would hate for this to happen to someone else.

We recently used ACE relocation / Atlas Van Lines for an intrastate move with storage. The driver and crew were amazing in both the packing, pick-up and delivery phases of the move. They were friendly and very accommodating throughout the process. The crew were also very professional and treated our household goods with extreme care. I would definitely recommend using ACE relocation going forward.

Ms Ana and her crew were early and tackled out move beautifully! Our apartment was particularly a challenge due to having to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. We appreciate their hard work and will consider using them in the future

Outstanding service from Ace Relocation from start to finish. This is third time using Ace for our long distance moving needs and would NEVER use another company. The very best in communicating the price, scheduling time for load and drop off, and the care of our household goods is priority to Ace. All the staff from the customer service to the driver and additional workers are the most professional and patient individuals knowing how stressful a move is. They are simply the BEST!!!

Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Accommodating timing. Phenomenal staff.
I started with Philip, and he did my estimate. I had 2 additional bids that were a little bit less, and when I shared that with Philip, he matched the price. He knew I had a need for flexibility with both ends of the move when we started, and he was no stress in arranging for that. Next I worked with Natasha, as the logistics coordinator. She was responsive, patient and even helped get everything done while she was not feeling well. She went above and beyond!
Mo was my driver. He was on time, respectful of the in and the out process of the move. Mo had everything labeled and then Tom, Michael and Sopa got everything moved and loaded. Joshua and another gentleman helped on the delivery end of the trip, and they were efficient too, and as Mo handed items out of the truck, they sorted them into the proper rooms and tucked them away in an organized manner. They set up the couches, furniture and bed where I wanted them, easy peasy.
I used Atlas (Ace is with this company) moving from California to Maryland and now Maryland to New Mexico. If I should need to move again, you’d better believe my first choice will stay with them. And now my realtor knows that the flakey company she gave to me did not meet my expectations, so she deleted them from her resources and added Atlas and Philip to her contacts.
They treated me well, and I’m sure they will take good care of you too! Happy moving!

Overall, we were very pleased with the service we received from Ace Relocation Systems (Atlas). Everyone was very professional and was quick to respond to questions we had. We were very leery of using professional movers after reading so many horror stories on the internet. But the loading and unloading went very smoothly. We couldn't find one box, but the driver was relentless and found a box that had 2 stickers, so it was right there. Pricing was upfront and we knew how much it was going to cost. We actually came in under the estimate.

Literally the best moving experience I’ve ever had by far. We paid for them to pack us up as well as move and Stephen bedard and his crew of Jacob and Nathaniel were extremely professional, efficient, courteous, and took very good care of our furniture. We moved from Houston to Austin. We inherited our grandparents furniture and have multiple antique pieces that are delicate and over 100 years old and they treated them as so. Would absolutely use them again and I will be recommending them to everybody I know.

I have heard horror stories about movers. Our experience with Ace and Atlas involved none of that. The communication throughout was excellent with all personnel. The driver and movers were hard workers. They even came in under their proposed budget. I would highly recommend these guys.
