I came here to get oil the manager was being a rude and disrespectful her behavior was uncalled for and she was also being a smart ass I didn’t appreciate that I was disappointed i didn’t even wanna buy the filter I just brought oil I never coming back I been for years and I’m tired of the slick insults and sorry customer service do better

I went to Dunkirk to get my battery change and they couldn’t help me because my battery had a tie down. So I came to this location and met Savanna and Kishon who helped me pick out the best battery for my vehicle and both of them helped to install my battery. Awesome customer service!!! This will be my new home store!!! The store manger Pamela was very hospitable ☺️ I’m very impressed ?

Hello...my name is Smoke...Savanna and Andre did a amazing job helping me out....I've been working on my car and been coming back n forth due 2 other spots giving me the run around...Savanna stayed past her work schedule 1day 2help me find the parts I needed...Andre always listened 2me complained but was there 2help out..They always go above and beyond to help customers out sometimes and sometimes it's not notice....Great employees....5stars...Thank U guys

Store 4810 AutoZone employees Savanna and Jovan treated me with courtesy and made me feel special. There patience with me was unparalleled with other auto stores that I have visited. They were well versed in knowledge of the auto products I need. I also witness both employees helping others on the phone and in the store without wanning the patience of the customers they were helping and waiting to help. This now the only store for auto parts that I will patronize. Thanks again Savanna and Jovan!

My experience with this store was phenomenal!!! My battery had been acting up but Jahrim was super helpful!! He helped me find the correct battery and even installed it for me!!! Thank you and will be sending more people to see him for his excellent customer service!!!

Thank you Auto-Zone for helping me to get over my horrible morning. I woke up and got ready for work and my truck wouldn't start. No one was around to help me and my neighbor told me to call advance auto which is close to my house to see if they can help me. They told me thats its raining and that no one is available to help. I then called Autozone located on crain highway. I spoke with a gentleman who later gave me his name as Andre O. after explaining my dilemma to him, he said Dont worry miss i will take care of you. He took my vehicle details over the phone for a new battery, he then asked me for my address and within 15 minutes he showed up at my house with my new battery. He installed the battery for me even though it was raining. He truly helped me when others refused to help as he ensured that i was well taken care of. Andre O is the epitome of what customer service is and ensuring customer satisfaction while helping a person he has never met before. Thank you Andre O and Autozone.

The closing time is 9pm however they had their doors already locked at 8:48pm and refused to open them. I’m positive the GM /owners would not approve of this.

I had to share the great experience I had with the AutoZone Crain Hwy staff. My day took a terrible turn when my car would not restart at the Crain Hwy Shell station. I had people to try and help with a jump start, but the battery was shot. I called AutoZone and the staff really helped me out , and got me moving again. Andre tool my order for a new battery, and installed it for me. Really great group of people working in this establishment. I have a lot of respect for these guy's they did not know me, but they did not leave me stranded. Thank you all for caring.
