I recently visited Caliber Collision to inquire about an estimate, and I was assisted by Nyl. She was extremely professional, welcoming, and had such a positive, energetic attitude. Her warm smile and helpfulness made the experience pleasant and stress-free. If I ever need repairs done in the future, it will be because of the outstanding customer service I received from Nyl. She truly represents the company well.

As a Realtor, customer service is very important for me. Nyl is so sweet, warm and welcoming. She makes you want to come to the shop and she makes you feel like she really cares to take care of things for you to the best of her ability. Outstanding team and experience! I was sad my insurance company deemed my car a total loss, but the staff and management at Caliber walked me through the process and what next steps would look like. It was a great educational opportunity and gave me assurance everything would work out, which it did!

The 3 staff people I spoke with were very friendly & accommodating, answering all my questions. They included the appraiser who inspected my car, took photos & made sure she understood the nature of the repairs I wanted to have completed. As of this afternoon I am waiting to get the results of the appraiser & have an opportunity to speak with her about the details & timing for doing the work.
