Service was pleasant but very tactical with telling me my code was activated, but when I went to put it in it was not so I had to go back to office. I asked for a unit near cameras and the unit I’m in is near no cameras, in the back and unable to pull straight to door if I’m in a truck. Tactical processes were used .

I’ve been here for almost a year while being here the price went up two months later. Now that it is summertime the climate control does not feel like any different than being outside. Today I went to my unit to organize it so I can get ready for my move next month and I realized there was a lot of spiders and ants and dead bugs in my unit towards the front. This is the first time that I called the office and someone was actually there. No one is ever on sight. Her name was Yvonne. She was working with another customer so I went down in person to speak with her. I said I was coming down here because there’s insects, dead bugs and spiders in my unit. Beofore I can finish my sentence, she cut me off and said baby I got bugs and spiders in my house right now too! I’m the customer I did not initially go down there to complain, but to seek help. I keep a key chain thermometer with me because of the work I do. My unit temperature was 86 degrees. And the office thermostat was set at 78.
I had to eventually say to her if you would let me talk and stop cutting me off I can explain to you that I was coming for help, but instead, I’d rather have corporate number since I can’t get my point across. She said the unit is climate controlled. It’s not supposed to be really cool. There isn’t places that has climate control that don’t have bugs. Ma’am I beg your pardon, I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The units that I have put my things in that were climate controled was cold. So cold to where I can wear a sweater and be comfortable moving my belongings. The hallways are never vacuumed there has been a dead frog by my unit since I moved in Sep 23’. They clearly don’t use pest control. For the price it shouldn’t be no issues its only about 20-30 units that are climate controlled! Eventually, she offered to come up and spray my unit, in which she should have been offered from the start to de-escalate the issue at hand.

the office is horrible. i am mad at myself for picking this location. But I did get a phone call from the main office and they were so helpful.

Poor management and no is never on site to assist. I will definitely not be continuing to use Cube Smart for my storage needs. ????????
