By far the RUDEST employees at a CVS Pharmacy I've ever encountered. The tone in their voice makes it feel like we are inconveniencing them for doing their job. You don't have to love your job but remember it's not fun for most people picking up prescriptions either.

The absolute worst CVS in the entire area. The only line open was for self checkout which was extremely long. Instead of the cashier helping out to get the line down she stood around watching customers trying to problem solve how to work the self checkout. She could have been better served behind a register helping to get the line down. Instead she just stood and listened to the disgruntled customers complain about waiting in the long lines. This helped me to remember why I shop at Walgreens. I stopped in this location under the impression that I could pick up a card quickly. Someone needs to better supervise this location.

I stop by CVS to pick up some specific items. Well, they didn't have what I was looking on the shelves. So I looked around for an alternate, to no avail. I ended getting some overpriced toiletries.

I've been going to this pharmacy now for probably decades at this point. I haven't been impressed with their efficiency but always tolerated the frustration out of convenience. I believe the time has come to transfer my prescriptions to a more competent and professional pharmacy. There has been a steady decline on the quality of service. All medications have to be ordered and apparently they don't expedite unpacking orders once received. They've gone from letting the phone ring and keeping you on hold for long periods of time, to not answering at all and being forced to leave voicemail. I'm very disappointed & believe our community deserves better.****Update: I've taken a star away and have rated them a whopping ONE star. I talked to one of the pharmacists name "Kobe" (which may or may not be his name) who actually wanted to debate with me back and forth about transferring one of my prescriptions to another pharmacy. He even had the audacity to just rush me off the phone. Thank you "Kobe" for making my final decision about transferring ALL my prescriptions out of there! The unprofessionalism is blinding. Don't come here expecting competence & care.

THE WORST CVS!! I literally hate it! I went in to buy diapers today, that's it. I picked up a box that was by a $12.89 sign. I rang it up and it came to $28. I told the associate the diapers were by a sign that said $12.89 and not $28. I then spoke with a manager on duty and she said to scan my CVS card and the discount would come off. That literally makes no sense. They said someone put the diaper box in the wrong spot so it's nothing they can do. There were 3 BOXES IN THE WRONG SPOT! You would think they would give me the diapers for the $12.89 because it was their error but they refused!! Is this money coming out of your paycheck? It must be because wow.

Do yourself a favor DO NOT SCHEDULE your covid vaccine at this location. The Pharmacy here is poorly run and they do not have adequate space to administer the shots so you can socially distance safely. I came into the store today for a appointment I scheduled for my 12 year old nephew first covid shot. Upon arrival to check in we stood there nearly 5-10 mins before any of the 3 technicians/ 1 pharmacist even bothered to acknowledge us. After checking in we were told to have a seat behind a flimsy blue partition. We sat there and no one came. 20 mins passed until I asked the cashier if someone was going to help us. She just told us to wait. The Pharmacist was busy doing other things. The store started getting crowded with people lining up for the pharmacy. The line extended all the way to the front of the store. I did not feel safe waiting any longer and decided to leave without getting a shot. If you can book somewhere else! The pharmacist was rude in the way he spoke to customers as he shouted out confusing information to other people wanting vaccines and the other employees at this store could really careless. Bad service aside the risk of exposure is high at this location. The store is small, they don't have a separate room to take on patients and it got very crowded inside. Again do yourself a favor and book some where that has a more professional operation. The cvs in Fort Washington was much better experience.

The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone. Prescriptions aren't ready. You have to wait forever. Just really inconvenient.

This pharmacy is some straight trash. They don't fill prescriptions on time, they don't answer their phone during business hours, they ignore voicemails from doctors and get prescriptions wrong that doctors call in. I hate this place.

Horrible horrible experience at this CVS on March 12, 2018 @ approximately 7:30pm with the disrespectful manager Justin. I went in with my 12 year old daughter to pick up some photos from a disposable camera she previously put in. Upon entering a very helpful sale associate assisted me and only found one of the three packs of photos. When he couldn't find the other two pack he call the manager Justin for assistance and it all went down hill from there. He was also unable to find the other two packs of photos and ask me several times if it was suppose to be on a CD I informed him the CVS order form states it's prints and a CD that should come with my photos. He's further tells me they can't take the CD and print them there in the store which is understandable but I never ask for them to do this and there wasn't a CD with our photos either. I ask him several times if we put the disposable cameras in at the same time why is only one pack back. At this point he started to get real rude. He never took the time to properly access the situation and he was just ready to get us out his face. I also asked him to look for the photos under the other sections, which he never did. I figured maybe some one placed them under the wrong alphabet by mistake. He started raising his voice, getting very loud and told me him not being able to find the other photos was not his f'ing problem and he has nothing to do with it. Said he's not responsible. As a sales person especially a manager your job is to help the customer as much as u can, not be rude. I'm very disappointed with the service I've received at this CVS. And needless to say I still don't have my daughters other photos.
