This CVS pharmacy seems to have continual problems with staffing, IT systems availability, and cleanliness. When their systems are down, they make no attempt to provide information on nearby pharmacies, alternative pharmacy contact information, or update their telephone recording on the situation. When it is functional, the pharmacy seems to be shortstaffed, with long lines.

Horrible customer service. These people never pick up their phone line and you will be waiting for several minutes to half an hour on end with no response. And this has happened on several occasions where I will end up having to go in person to check the status of an urgently needed prescription.

Clearly customer service does not know how to provide customer service. Individual that attended to me today for a VERY simple return did not hear ANYTHING I said, rather said “ so what do you want me to do” next time it’s best to hear a customers concerns which would then guide you towards a very simple resolution and statement.

This pharmacy is usually quite busy, but the pharmacist as well as the assistants are courteous and helpful to their customers. Additionally, they are all very apologetic if the wait time is delayed in any way, which is much appreciated.

This CVS pharmacy has the worse customer service ever in the Target at Capitol heights. I went to pick a script 3 hours after my dr sent it in and when I arrived, they said they didn't have it. I called my dr and he said it was sent 3 hours ago. I told the rep and after 3 clicks on her computer, my script popped up. I asked the pharmacist what brand of meds I should buy for a certain illness and she told me she didn't know. Lol...clearly she didn't want me I help. Please do not go here. They're rude and unprofessional

The worst pharmacy!….Every time I call I am put on hold without even asking if I’m able to hold…they don’t even at least try to find out why you’re calling before placing you on hold…when I go in to pick up prescription no one ever smiles they all act like they hate their job…CVS need to do some secret shopping at this location so they are aware how the customers are being treated…fire the whole staff and start over!

I feel they do there best. Why do people complain to the workers when it’s the company fault for not hiring enough people to service us. Corporate will listen more to the customers than the employees!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Not only are the pharmacy technicians rude but they don't know what they're doing. My one year old child was prescribed Amoxicillin which we all know is the bubble gum flavored liquid. Why am I holding two bottles of unmixed Amoxicillin powder???????? This is the 2nd prescription in two days they completely botched.
